This is a beautiful two bedroom, two bath Seascape Condo that was completely remodeled and finished in January 2010. This top floor corner unit has two balconies that both connect to the living room. The excellent view from the living room balcony is of the Seawall, Diamond Beach and the Gulf. The bedroom balcony faces the Gulf as well, but also has a view of the Bay, the causeway bridge and more. Both balconies give you a spectacular view of the sunrise. This condo has tile floors and new two-inch blinds and beautiful granite countertops throughout! It is generously decorated with all new furniture and a 37" LCD flat screen HDTV with HD receiver in the living room. Each room is equipped with flat screen TV's and a 32" in the master bedroom. Because it is a corner unit, two of the walls in the master bedroom feature large windows and a great view. If the view isn't enough, you do have a TV and remote in the bedroom. The master bath includes a large bathtub with new tile, framed mirror and new lighting. The second bath has a large shower. You will want to request it again!! WIFI access!

The condo was clean, had everything we needed, and was perfectly located! The pool was nice and heated, and the beach access is so nice. We will definitely be back!
The walk-in shower was moldy and I had to get cleaner from store to be able to use. Grout was very dirty and especially around glass door frame. Also TV was broken in one bedroom. Called on first day to check it out, they confirmed and never got back in touch with us. Also patio doors were unable to be opened due to corroded hardware. Maintenance fixed one of the doors from living room, the the other one is equally as bad. Also the large burner is broken and does not even fit the enclosure on stove top. The Bar top was dirty underneath where hands had touched with food and not cleaned after previous stays. I spent an afternoon cleaning this and cabinet handles, door jambs, etc. There was sand on the floor from the moment we walked into the facility. Worst thing I found, was a bloody pillow inside of one of the shams. I was so grossed out that I had difficulty staying there. I wanted to take it to the barbeque and burn it, but left the pillow exposed on the bunkbed for them to see it before I left. Only because we were prepaid or I would have moved us somewhere else.
With this much effort put into this condo, it was not worth the money we spent to stay there. I will not ever stay there again. Extremely disappointed with this condo. The facility was good however, and there were many upgrades that were nice. Will return to this property possibly but not this condo-Ocean Breeze.
My only complaint with the actual unit is that the fridge didn't get cold enough to keep anything legitimately cold. Other than that, the complaint is about the property in general. I grew up spending a week every summer at the Seascape. Back then, it was mostly retirees or families. It was quiet and a good place to spend a week with young kids. That doesn't seem to be the case these days. Most of the people at the pool seemed about 10 beers in and my family and I felt out of place because we weren't sleeved up in tattoos. The first night we were there, the balcony below us played host to what must have been a bachelorette party, as there were women up until 2 in the morning drinking, yelling, and having a great time. Good for them, but not for our sleep. The next night, there was a group of guys in the parking lot, sitting on the tailgates of their trucks, drinking beer and listening to their truck radios turned on high. At 3 in the morning, I finally called the guard shack (this was going on right outside the guard shack window by the way), and he finally had them turn down the music. They continued to laugh and talk out their for another 30 minutes or so (3:30 in the morning).
So, if you're looking for a low key beach getaway with the family, this doesn't seem to be the place anymore.
I loved that this condo was actually on the beach....no busy streets to cross. No parking problems, very clean, exactly like the pictures. We appreciated the sand toys and chairs. Pool was great too. We drove to the restaurants and other attractions (we highly recommend the Moody Gardens package of aquarium, paddle boat ride, rainforest, movies etc). The attractions were very close- actually just down the road. Shopped at the local Kroger for groceries. Very happy with our choice to stay here.
