The South Seas Towers are located on the northern end of the beautiful white-sand crescent beach of Marco Island. Being located at the famous Tigertail beach, you will have easy access to one of Florida's most popular beaches. Our unit is on the 12th floor and directly faces the beach and ocean with unobstructed views. Enjoy panoramic beach scenery to the north and south, but the best views are those of sunset and the beach, directly to the west. Both the living areas and the master bedroom open to the lanai for unforgettable beach views. As owners, we want your visit to the Marco Island to be special. Therefore, we visit the condo several times during the year to update and maintain the unit, making certain everything clean and perfect for your vacation.

Condo was great.. well equipped with everything we needed. Only thing I would love to be able to see the sunsets from the lenai.

There are a few weeks in Summer, where the sun moves so far Northwest that we lose the sunset behind an extension of the building. The really nice views in the building are to the South and West. Virtually, all units in the building that are South facing and fully oceanfront (like ours) have the same problem part of the summer. Of course, some South facing units have no sunset at all. Our unit is fortunate to have the views of the South beach and sunset 90% of the time. Hopefully, on your return, your visit will be in a different month, and the sunset will be visible.

Best location and view on Marco Island!

I have stayed at many different properties on the island, but this is my favorite by far. The South Seas is situated on a more secluded area of the beach and offers the most expansive view of the ocean, yet it's more convenient to restaurants and shopping. You have the beautiful beach view from the back balcony and an overlook city view from the front balcony, which is especially pretty lit up a night. This condo has an upscale feel, with comfy beds and updated furnishings and everything you'll need. The South Seas is also the most secure feeling property I've encountered so far. Definitely returning here again and again!

Needed serious R & R and this was the perfect place. From the moment I walked into the condo and saw the million dollar full view of the ocean, it felt like home. The condo was spacious, well equipped and well maintained. David the owner was extremely friendly and responsive. Looking forward to future vacations at this property.

Perfect beach vacation!

A beautiful condo, very well equipped and nicely decorated. We especially liked the great pictures on canvas taken by the owner of the area. The condo was perfect for the four of us, our two small kids had enough space to play and we had all the amenities we needed. We loved sitting on the balcony for happy hour and the proximity to one of the most beautiful beaches we've ever been to. Great shelling! We hope to return in the near future!
