This is a very open floor plan with new wood look porcelain tile floors. Large bath with extra large Jacuzzi tub and seperate shower stall. Two flat screen TV's, smart TV in living room. Beautiful community pool and club house. The pool is never over crowded as is only serves this small community. Very convenient location right off Thomas Drive. It is near Emerald Falls Amusement Center with arcade, miniture golf, and go carts, rides etc. Walking distance to many restaurants and fast food establishments. It is about a 10-15 minute drive to Pier Park Open Air Shopping and Recreation Center with amusement rides and cinema. If you love to shop this will definitely meet all your expectations. We have several golf courses in area. Near beautiful St. Andrew's State Park. You are minutes away from Panama City Beach Marina for your Deep Sea Fishing Tours, Sunset Cruises, Pirate Cruise, or Dolphin Watching! I recently relocated from San Diego, California but spent a year in Clearwater Florida prior to landing in Panama City Beach. I lived most of my life in San Diego but attended college in Georgia. I have friends and family scattered throughout the West, Mid-West and the South. Im very happy to have settled here with family close and to live in such a beautiful area!

We chose this property primarily because of location to the beach and the lagoon. Also the open floor plan and garage space. We feel this property affords the best of all worlds....beach, lagoon, and pool! it is a very convenient location for shopping and entertainment.

Perfect place!

We absolutely loved our time at this location. It was the perfect place for a family with 2 small children. Accommodations were above and beyond what we expected. The owners were very friendly and helpful throughout the process of reserving the location to the time spent there. It is a short walk to the beach, so we recommend bringing a wagon to walk back and forth to the beach...that worked great for us!

Comfy & Cozy Stay

We stayed at the property for about a week and everything was lovely. The property was spacious and clean. Besides having a large bedroom, there was also a sofa bed and a roll out cot that could be used for more guests. From the home description and pictures we thought the beach was directly behind the home but it was not. The beach access is across a busy 4 lane street and we thought it best to take the car to get there. The swimming pool was close though and we used it often. And there was a grill and full kitchen. Overall the stay was great.

Unclear check out procedures, uncomfortable pull out bed, garage door scare, but great potential

My friends and I enjoyed a girls weekend, but had some issues with the vrbo property. We spent the day on the beach, and when we arrived at the vrbo rental for check in we were very excited and thought the unit was really nice and perfect for us. We didn't spend much time at the unit as we went back to the beach, and walked to nearby places for dinner and a little dancing. Unfortunately the garage door stalled and wouldn't open the first few times we tried to get back in after we came back from going out to dinner. It was pretty scary for a few minutes not knowing if we were going to be able to get back in. The pull out bed was not comfortable. My friend had difficulty trying to get the pull out bed back in the couch, and apparently there is a broken part that the owner has claimed is our fault. Although I thought I looked quite thoroughly for any kind of info about the property in the unit I must not have looked hard enough for the "check out lists" provided by the owner. I checked the HomeAway

app (which I used for everything else) to look into check out information. The only description in the app is "Check out is at 10am." Apparently the check out lists explained that we needed to strip the sheets and start laundry, nor could there be any (rinsed off) dishes in the sink. Because this information was not on the app, I was unable to easily find any check out list even though I did look, since I paid a $95 cleaning fee for one night and check out was a little early at 10am I was unaware that we did not follow check out procedures. I feel terrible that we did not do all the proper check out steps, but we really were unaware. I also feel bad that a bath mat was ruined with red lipstick. However, we spent a lot of money including a cleaning fee. The garage door scare, uncomfortable pull out bed, and $75 being withheld from the refundable damage deposit are the reasons we won't be returning to this VRBO. Otherwise, we liked the unit and wish we could recommend it. Hopefully for future renters the owners will fix the garage door, replace the pull out bed, and make check out procedures more clear on both the app and leave the check out list next to the guest book. We apologize for the damaged bath mat and truly wish we could leave a more positive review.

One block to one of the most beautiful white sand beaches in the world. It is across the street from Ms Newby's Bar, Spinnaker Beach Club and Club La Vela Niteclub.

There are several wonderful restaurants within walking distance and also fast food restaurants close by. You will be 5 minute drive away to the Marina where there are several restaurants including Caption Anderson's and Marina Cantina. You can also book your deep sea fishing tours, dolphin watching tours, Pirates Cruise etc. after dinner while you stroll on the marina docks. We recommend www.bluewaterconnection.com for your deep sea fishing tours. This is a 48' Viking named Billistic. Great Fun! It is also only a 2-5 minute drive to Pineapple Willy's Restaurant and Schooners Last Local Beach Club where you will enjoy open-air casual dining with live music and dancing on the beach every day! Watching the sunset over the Atlantic while dining at these open-air restaurants is a must! If you are looking for a romantic dining experience, try Salt Water Grill and enjoy the perfect atmosphere the piano player provides.

For the shopping enthusiast there are many local beach shops and Pier Park is only a 10 minute drive. Pier Park is 900,000 square foot Florida shopping and entertainment center on the beach! The family will enjoy a day at Dave and Buster's along with amusement rides and a movie theater. Every Thursday night there is a free outdoor music concert at Pier Park Amplitheater. Just bring your beach chair and cooler and sit on the lawn.....it's GREAT! Just wonderful for the entire family.

This townhome has a garage so if you have motorcycles, jet skis, or small water craft you would like to bring you have a secure place to store them.

Panama City Beach host many festivals during the year including Mardi Gras and Music Festival, Pepsi Gulf Coast Jam, Pirates of the High Sea Festival and Seafood and Music Festival. Twice a year Panama City hosts Thunderbeach bike week.

Ecotourism is abundant in Panama City Beach with fishing, hiking, biking, swimming, snorkeling, tubing, canoeing, kayaking, and boating. You may see deer, turtles, pelicans, sandpipers, gulls, and much more. You can take a tour to Shell Island, a 700 acre island where you will be amazed at the wildlife, fish, dolphins and beautiful beach! There are three other parks that are equally beautiful, Gayle's Trail, Camp Helen State Park, and The Panama City Beach Conservation Park.
