Spacious 1,400 square ft (130 square metres) sunny condo with large stone fireplace on top floor of quiet 2 story condo building with lots of windows and light, located on prestigious Blueberry Hill. Parking space at Blackcomb base included.
Wonderful views of Whistler mountain and ski hills on Blackcomb mountain.
Open-plan living/dining/kitchen with 55" ultraHD (4K)TV, DVD and audio system. Dining room with seating suitable for up to 8 guests.
The master bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite with jetted whirlpool bathtub and separate shower. TV and DVD player in master bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a full bathroom, and TV.
Well equipped gourmet kitchen with food processor, mixer, toaster oven, hot air popcorn maker, bakingware and good quality stainless steel pots and pans.
There is a pull out couch in the living room that can accommodate 2 extra people.
There is one long covered dedicated parking stall (visitor parking on site as well).
Also we own a parking space at the base of Blackcomb in the Glacier Lodge which provides for a very short walk to the lifts.
The Village is a 20 minute walk on a lovely wooded trail. Local bus service is close by and will take guests to the lifts/village in 5 minutes. A beautiful Golf Course is in the valley at the bottom of Blueberry Hill.
Washer/dryer in condo and free wireless internet access. North America calling.

Clean and well kept! Extra tp and paper towels as well as soap for the dishwasher and washing machine!! Always helpful!!
We had a wonderful time in Whistler and staying at this condo was a big part of it. After 12 hours of travel it was great to arrive to find such a comfortable place. The condo was well stocked with everything we could need. Access to Blackcomb was easy with the parking at Glacier Lodge. It is close enough to everything to come back to the condo after skiing all day, get turned around and then go explore Whistler Village. Parking at the condo was convenient and under cover. A plus since it snowed nearly every day and rentals don’t come with snow brushes. My family had enough room to spread out with feeling cramped. My wife, who normally makes the vacation plans, mentioned several times how nice the place was. Maglay was an excellent host, communicating with us several times before our arrival, offering explicit instructions and checking on us once we arrived. All in all an excellent property and great experience.
I'm so glad I choose to stay here for my first stay in Whistler. The views of Whistler-Blackcomb were amazing. Our group really enjoyed the unit's reserved parking spot near the Blackcomb lift which made driving into town that much easier. The host was great and I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: The condo and location were very nice and the parking spot was convenient. Kitchen was well equipped.
Cons: we had money taken from our deposit despite cleaning the house and doing loads of linen before checking out. We treated this house as if it were our own, always using coasters and cleaning 2X a week. It seems as if we were penalized for actually using the oven and stove. She ended up refunding us half, but In our opinion, it was still unfair.
Although we liked our time here, the property was mismanaged and we would not stay here again.
This is the first time we have ever backcharged a guest for cleaning. We have been fortunate to have had very respectful and considerate guests.
After the guests’ stay of 1 month, our cleaners had to spend many extra hours cleaning as the kitchen required a complete scrub down of the kitchenware, cupboards, appliances, fan, etc. Our cleaners even had to take home with them 2 pots with severely burnt-on food to soak in solution for 2 days (pictures of which were sent to the guests).
Although we celebrate many different cuisines, subsequent guests never appreciate the odor or greasy debris of the previous guests’ cooking.
We are pleased that guests avail themselves of our well-stocked kitchen, however our policy is very clearly stated that our cleaning charge is for a "basic" cleaning (which is also the VRBO hospitality standard). These guests were backcharged less than the actual extra cleaning costs, and in the spirit of good faith we even cut that in half.
On check-out day, we were happy to accommodate the guests’ request to leave their suitcases inside by the front door and pick them up later so they could go skiing for the day. When our cleaners arrived, the guests’ belongings were still inside the central areas of the suite and they did not return until later in the day, which was also very disruptive to our cleaners as their company policy is not to touch guests’ belongings. Our next guests were also affected as we could not get them in on time.
Regretfully, these guests would be better suited to a different type of rental than what we offer.

The condo was very comfortable and well equipped for 4 of us who cooked a little, and skied and hung out. Would definitely use this condo again. Good parking for car and at the mountain!
