The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a 32' flat screen TV with ample closet space. The second bathroom is across the hall with a full tub and shower. There is also a brand new Maytag full sized washer and dryer.

The living room space has very comfortable furnishings including a pull out sofa sleeper with a Serta mattress. The room contains a fireplace, a 50' flat screen TV and stereo unit.

The dining area is light and bright including a bar top seating/eating area.

The kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances along with tons of amenities for the cook in the family.

The unit has brand new carpet (installed January-2015!) and Italian stone tiles in the kitchen and baths. Cable TV & WiFi are included.

The patio is over-sized with overhead cover including a mister & new BBQ. The views of the fairways, greens and mountains are breathtaking, relaxing and quiet.

The condo is situated across from pool #4.

Woodhaven Country Club boosts an 18 hole regulation par 70 golf course complete with a driving range and putting green. There are 8 tennis courts-4 lighted for night play-and a tennis pro on site. There are 4 pools and spas with restrooms in the complex.

Our family loves the desert and Woodhaven for so many reasons. My parents bought this condo back in 1988 so it's been in the family and now we are the sole owners.

This is the perfect location to enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the desert. Our unit is very quiet and peaceful. A simple walk across the street and you have access to one of the pools and spa. So convenient! You have it all!

We stayed for the month of February and had perfect weather. Jim and Joanie, the owners were there to meet us and show us around and had a beautiful welcome basket for us. Kudos to Woodhaven HOA and golf club for keeping the grounds beautiful. The condo is in the perfect location, patio faces northwest so we had plenty of shade until the afternoon or if we wanted to suntan we walked across the street to the pool area. After a day of golf we would soothe our aches in the spa. Woodhaven is close to everything, grocery stores, shopping and loads of restaurants. Took a day trip to Joshua Tree and did a hike at Indian Canyons.

The condo was very comfortable for our group of three although a double or queen bed in the second bedroom would have been preferable. a new dishwasher is needed but we would definitely recommend and return to this property.
