Fantastic new southwest villa! The unit features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 car garage, additional sleeping area in the loft. Brand new unit with upgraded finishes and thoughtful touches. Newly furnished and tastefully decorated. Access is easy as guests received codes to access the unit and check in/check out is a breeze. There is one full bath upstairs and 1.5 bathrooms downstairs. This unit is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances and utensils needed. Amenities such as soaps, detergents, toilet paper and paper towels are supplied, but not replenished throughout your stay. All linens, bath towels and swimming pool towels are supplied as well. This unit is situated very close to the community amenities which offer:

AWESOME TRIP

Our Trip to Moab Utah was in our top 10 vacations. With Moab being centrally located we were non-stop everyday. Arches, Canyonlands National Park are beautiful and we could not stop hiking in these parks. We watched the Sunset at Dead Horse state Park. The Condominium that we stayed at was perfect for our Vacation, very clean and spacious for our group. The views from the patio and large picture windows are spectacular. We watched a Full Moon rise over the Desert from the patio. We had a great trip.

Beautiful condo in a beautiful area!

We had a great experience staying in this condo in Moab. We have rented many VRBO properties and this was one of the best. It was impeccably clean, fully furnished, and a great place to spend a few days. It is in great, nearly new condition. It was nice to have a garage as well. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub (temperatures of each were perfect--nice warm pool, and the hot tub was also just the right temperature). It was a very short walk to the pool.

We enjoyed 3 days visiting Arches, Canyonlands and Dead Horse Point State Park, and the area surrounding Moab. Don't miss the sunset at Dead Horse State Park! The hikes to Landscape arch and Delicate arch are not to be missed either.

Each day it was great to return to such a nice condo to relax and enjoy the area. As far as bedding, the master king was great, the queen good, the twins were fine, but as mentioned by other reviewers, the futon is not good for two--maybe would be okay for kids.

But all in all, a great stay in a great unit. If we return we would definitely stay here again.

Great quiet condo. :)

We loved it here. It was a nice condo with all the amenities. Only challenge was the hot tub was not so hot but it is early in the season. :) We will stay here again :)

Clean, modern, very accommodating, extremely comfortable! A perfect place for a quick two night stay in Moab for our family of eight. From the Wi-Fi to the cable television to the bedrooms to the kitchen accommodations to the beautiful views etc. We will definitely come back here again. We kept the four wheelers home on this trip and just hiked. Very good proximity to some of the best hiking in the world.

You will LOVE the dark skies at night for star gazing. This unit faces the east offering warm morning sun and cool afternoon shade. Wonderful views of the mountains and red rocks from the patio.
