Hello! I'm an adventurous, social science-minded entrepreneur originally from Michigan living in Arizona for the past 10+ years. During my spare time I immensely enjoy travel, nature, family, friends, yoga, hiking, reading, and a healthy, vegan, active lifestyle. I'm professional, nice, and easy going.
Having experienced a lot of different places and met so many amazing people I decided to become a host myself. My intention: to share the city I call home with those looking for kindness, safety, value, and integrity. I look forward to hopefully meeting you be it in your city or mine.

This space is in one of the best areas to have a true AZ experience, really close to everything. Completely remodeled with nice things. Quiet, clean, comfortable.
My family and I truly are here to assist our guests in having the best experience they can during their travels.
My daughter and I enjoyed our stay very much - very clean, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. A short drive from the airport. Owner Ryan was very helpful with information about the property, surrounding area, and even offered tips for the next leg of our trip to Sedona.
Ryan was a great host. He met us upon arrival and explain everything about the condo and the neighborhood and was ready to assist at a moments noticed.
We were meeting a friend from CA for the 3 of us to go to Spring Training for the Angels and to see another one of our friends who's band was playing in Phoenix - the venue was <10 minutes away!
The condo was great for 3 of us, the space, the decor of the condo, bathroom, beds, living room - everything was great! Our friend brought baseball monopoly, so we chilled and played and watched a movie.
The neighborhood is pretty cool too, a whole foods and trader joes nearby, a good mexican restaurant and at the end of the block was a great vegan/spin place that had the BEST pressurized coffee..
On the 2nd day the guys went to another spring training game, I drove 30 minutes to Frank Lloyd Wrights Taliesin West. Very easy from the condo to get to and from.
What a great time we all had.
Normally we go to FL for spring training, but this was so great and fun I hope we do this again, and when we do, we will certainly stay here!
Thank you, Ryan and Fran, for a great stay in Phoenix! Our family of four found this the perfect setting for a three day stay. We were right in the middle of the sights we wanted to see (Spring Training games, downtown, Botanical Gardens, Scottsdale). Great restaurants nearby. The complex was quiet (except for some morning work on the pool), and instructions from Ryan made everything easy. I would stay here again and give it five stars when the pool renovation is done!
Ryan and Fran are attentive hosts. Great communications before arrival to meeting us at the condo to welcome us into their home to Ryan's extensive recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. They provided many little extras in the home for us. Fran met us at the condo and gave a quick tour; she even had a lovely flower bouquet to brighten up the table. Just the thing girlfriends traveling together appreciate; little touches that feel like home. We found the condo spotless & very clean. Its nicely decorated and super comfortable for our 3 nights stay. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking; pots, dishes, utensils etc.. Having a dishwasher was a bonus! because we like to cook. The area was nice and we never even heard the neighbors. Only a short drive to downtown Phoenix for our convention made it very convenient. Overall, a wonderful find. We will be staying here again!!
My husband and I spent a week in Ryan's condo exploring the Scottsdale area. Nicely updated midcentury with all the amenities you could need. Welcoming and attentive owners were totally available to help with any needs we might have and met us upon our arrival. The location, in the quiet neighborhood of Arcadia, was perfectly central for all of our outings from Taliesin West to the Mesa swap meet. We'll be back next time we are in the Scottsdale area for sure!
A friend and I spent 6 nights at Ryan's condo while having some medical visits and sightseeing a bit. The place is clean and quiet, and was in a great location to get to airport, hospitals, shops, scottsdale, and even hiking (each within about 5-6 miles) . There were fresh flowers on the table when we arrived, a nice touch. Nearby Trader Joe's and whole foods made it easy to stock up and cook for the week. I really appreciated the large water dispenser in the kitchen too. Ryan was easy to reach by text and quickly available. Overall, far nicer to have a place to "come home to" than a hotel room. We would be happy to stay here again.
