Our perfect beach getaway on the top floor includes two bedrooms and two full baths, accommodating up to four people, and is professionally decorated to create a cozy comfortable atmosphere.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for your “home away from home” vacation, such as microwave, coffee maker, toaster, full size range and full size washer and dryer. The living room includes a TV and DVD and CD player, comfy chair and sofa that reclines on both ends. Both bathrooms have tub and shower and include quality towels and linens. The spacious master bedroom includes a TV, king size bed with luxury linens. Second bedroom contains queen size bed and TV. Enjoy nature on your private patio overlooking serene greenspace. Wifi is included within the unit, along with cable TV (about 90 channels). The unit is well located in the complex, as it’s close to the pool in the front. Beach chairs and towels are provided for our guests.

Ocean Walk is the ultimate vacation complex providing the following amenities:

• Two swimming pools (one heated in winter)

• Two tennis courts

• Gorgeous lake with beautiful wildlife

• Funfilled playground for children

• Barbeque grills throughout the complex

• Clubhouse with ping pong table, well-equipped gym overlooking lake, business center which includes wifi, two computers, printers and scanners for guests’ use, conference room with kitchen and laundry facility (coin operated)

Comfortable condo

My husband and I enjoyed a weekend here with our pup. The condo was comfortable and quiet. The complex is lovely and convenient for a walk into the village or a short drive to the beach. It was not fancy, but had everything we needed (minus a toaster). I'd definitely consider renting this unit again, as Adelaide was a pleasure to work with and very helpful.

Very clean and comfortable!

We spent a week and had a wonderful relaxing stay. My granddaughter loved the big pool, the duck pond and the play grounds. It was just a short drive to the beach and we enjoyed the peaceful area. Adelaide was very helpful.

Wonderful getaway

We spent the weekend here and had a very nice time. It is walking distance to the village and very well equipped with everything in working order. Our teenagers enjoyed the wifi and Cable TV. The property manager Adelaide is very attentive. We will definitely be back.

Good Condo - Great Location

We had a great time staying here. The accommodations were nice, everything we needed, very convenient to town and to the beach, and great for dogs. And a great value! The condo is beginning to show its age a bit and could use some updating, but nothing that hurts the overall pleasure and value of the condo. The TVs could also use an HDMI connection to the cable box rather than coaxial cable--it defeats the purpose of the owner paying for HD TVs and HD cable service if you can't get an HD picture on the TVs.

Convenient to beach and town

We had a nice stay in the condo. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen was stocked well for cooking all our meals. However we did notice exposed cable wires with loose wall plates and a loose socket plate in kitchen which could easily be remedied. We were unable to get the secondary bedroom tv to function but did not notify manager as it was only a minor issue for us. Manager was prompt to rectify small issues of missing light bulbs and a much needed flashlight as a storm knocked power out within an hour of our arrival. Furnishings were comfortable and unit was clean. The complex was beautiful and we enjoyed the pool just a quick walk From condo! Beach was less than 5 minutes away and downtown even closer. Overall we enjoyed our stay at ocean walk.

Owner's Response: We're so glad you enjoyed the place and apologize for the cable wires being pulled out of the wall. It was apparently done by the previous renter trying to move the modem for some reason. I wasn't aware of this issue or the TV not working until after you checked out, at which time we did take care of both issues. If you had called us at the time, it would have been corrected immediately, as we strive to have everything working properly for our guests.
