Why Mary Braukman chose Willamette Valley

The minute you walk in the door it feels like home. This historical home was once on the path of the Tillamook stage coach through the Trask Mountains. It truly is like no other.

What makes this farmhouse unique

The views and the history of the home are really what brought us here. This home dates back to the 1880's and is documented to be the oldest known house in its area. It is well kept up and much of its remodeling has its original era.

Great property. The only issue was with the phone service. AT & T did not have service there. Version does although it is not the owners fault. We had a great time !

Wonderful Rental in Beautiful Country!

  • 5 of 5

This house was perfect for our ladies weekend getaway. The kitchen was stocked, the hot tub was hot, beds were comfy & the views were amazing. I had several of the ladies on the trip ask for the rental info because everyone wanted to come back! Leaving was the hardest part...could have stayed an extra couple days!

Our group was in the Willamette Valley to taste wine and tour vineyards. We arrived at the farm and found a bottle of wine and caramel chocolates waiting for us. We cooked in the morning and for most dinners and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The Gas Grill was brand new and in perfect working order. They also have a Drip coffee maker that worked well and also a Nespresso Pixi! All comforts of home and a 4-6 person Hot Tub just out the back door. Both Bathrooms are downstairs, but the heated tile in the one bathroom was a very pleasant surprise. We found a set of dominos and played mexican train and drank Pinot Noir in the evenings. I would recommend a stay at the Farm to anyone. Grocery Stores are not close. Recommend for future Guest a note on the fridge a list of local stores, grocery and pharmacy. Not far from Yamhill

The greatness is in the details.....

  • 5 of 5

The owners thought of everything! Not only was the property as described, the owners made sure that you were in need of nothing. There were little extras here and there that made sure if you forgot anything, there would be no runs to the store. The only thing I would recommend is more dishware. Would definitely recommend this house to others.

Fabulous Get-Away!

  • 5 of 5

What a wonderful house for a getaway. We are from the Bay Area and came to Yamhill to visit friends. The house was absolutely perfect and we honestly did not want to leave. Lovely setting for morning coffee on the porch, even in the rain and fog. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a big dinner and the house was cozy. Easy drive to wineries and surrounding towns. We will definitely be back!
