Taheima Condominios is a winter vacation favorite with colder climate Canadian and Americans. Situated in the private gated community of El Tigre Golf & Country Club, Taheima Condominiums is near a private beach club and located within a world-class golf course.

Bring your toothbrush, clothes, toiletries, & that's about it! Buy groceries, cook to eat in if you like, or dine out. There’s dozens of world-class dining establishments in the nearby surrounding area.

Most everything is within walking or bicycling distance. At an average walking pace, times vary from about 3 to 25 minutes. Everywhere is on fairly level ground. Bicycles can be rented a short distance away to keep you fit. Paradise Village also has a shuttle you can take advantage of.

Great Vacations to relax & charge energy

We stayed one week in Taheima Condo and had a great experience celebrating our wedding aniversary togheter with our kids.

The pools are terrific and we could visit the beach club and the sports club and both were perfect for our kids.

What really make the difference, was the personal attention fron Alan, he is the one who makes everithing possible.

Thanks Alan for all your attention to our family, we really feel like in our home on the beach... We had the perfect time to recharge energy..

Jen was the perfect companion through all the reservation process, thanks Jen for all your support.

We are planning to go next year once again!!!!

We highly recommend this Condo and the Urbane Group staff make it just great.

Condo was perfect

This vacation, from the begining was easy and well organized by the people at THE URBANEGROUP especially Jen and Alan. When we arrived at Taheima we were greeted and explained everything in full detail.Very reassuring. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. We were helped with every question and even minor details by Alan. I would highly recommend doing buisness with this company. Very professional. We will be back.

This is our second visit to El Tigre Condo´s at Nuevo Vallarta. Fue una excelente experiencia en ambas ocasiones. El departamento esta muy bien equipado con todas las comodidades necesarias para sentirse en casa. El servicio y la atención del personal administrativo fue muy bueno también.

Estamos esperando el mes de Octubre para volver nuevamente este 2016. Ampliamente recomendable!!

The condo was great, very nice and fully equipped with a beautiful sightseeing to the golf court El Tigre.

The administrator was waiting for our arrival and helped us with all our needs, also a very kind and decent person.

Best Vacation Rental Property Ever - By Far!

My husband and I, together with 2 other couples, booked a Penthouse Condo with Urbane Global Residential Realty Group, sort of blindly, as we had never been to Puerto Vallarta before. But because of the great service Urbane gave us right from the initial inquiry we made, we decided to take the chance.

We couldn't have made a better choice! The Condo at El Tigre in Paradise Village, Nuevo Vallarta was everything they advertised and much more, and the service we received was second to none. We flew non-stop from Edmonton with WestJet. 4 hours and 28 minutes later we landed in Paradise! We were met at the airport in Puerto Vallarta by one of the Urbane Realty Staff who transported us in air conditioned comfort for only $40 bucks, to the property. OMG! It was amazing! It is everything the pictures portray and so much more. Quiet, secure, safe, friendly and luxurious.

Inside, we found the Condo to be spotless and shining, fully furnished with all housewares, bedding, linens, towels, the works! It also had WiFi, Cable TV (some of the channels were in Spanish, which we couldn't understand, but there were still plenty, including CTV and the big American networks) with air conditioning in every room. The courtyard and infinity pools (2 of them, each 60 meters long) were simply out of this world! And, the whole community backs on to a world-class 36 hole golf course, which we received a 30% discount on because we were staying at the Condo.

Within a 5 minute walk was the ocean with a gorgeous beach and private restaurant. 3 more minutes walking and we were at Paradise Village Plaza which includes, a casino, drug store, hospital and many stores including grocery. There are literally dozens of fine dining establishments in the area and the taxi drivers were nothing short of amazing. Most helpful, knowledgeable and English speaking.

We would highly recommend these properties, and especially so, through The Urbane Global Residential Realty Group to anyone wanting a fantastic winter get away or vacation in Paradise. They took care of every detail, including booking special interests for us and only charged us a nominal service fee, worth every penny. Stan, myself and 6 other couples are already re-booked for 3 months this coming winter and can't wait!

In the surrounding areas, you'll find dozens of all-inclusive Resorts as well. Watch out for the 'Time-share' Salespeople though. They are pretty aggressive sometimes, and are not accustomed to taking a simple 'no' for an answer. Unless you are specifically looking for time-share, our advice is to simply say "No Gracias," and keep on walking, paying them no attention, nor making any eye contact. Then, you'll be fine!
