Only .5 mile from Nissan Stadium (walk to CMA Music Festival and football games) and within walking distance of Broadway, 2nd Avenue, Printers Alley, TPAC and Ascend Ampitheater Riverfront Park; you can enjoy the convenience of urban living and the beauty of the riverside at the same time.

This condo community has free covered parking, onsite laundry, a workout facility and an outdoor pool (open for the summer season). For those that would rather get outside for a bit, we have a 9 mile long greenway trail right in front of the community to jog, walk or bike alongside the river.

About the condo:

This 3rd floor, non-smoking unit consists of a master bedroom with a plush queen bed, a second bedroom with 2 twin beds and a queen Serta sleeper sofa in the living room. It has hardwood floors in the main living areas, carpet in the bedrooms, Corian countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, maple cabinets in the kitchen and tile floors in the bathrooms. It features a top level deck overlooking the river to sit outside on warm mornings with your coffee, or if too cool for the outdoors, sit inside at the table by the large picture window with the same view.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities such as: stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, blender, cookware/utensils and a coffee maker. Tired of eating out? Grab what you need at the local grocery around the corner, and create your own private feast.

About the area:

The condo is about a 10-15 minute walk to Lower Broadway and Printers Alley featuring local live music, bars and honky tonks. There are many great restaurants with local flair right around the area as well. You will be less than a mile from Germantown that is occupied by the Nashville's Farmers Market with lots of restaurants inside, Germantown Cafe, Silo, The Red Bicycle, and the popular family-style eatery, Monell’s. For you sports fans, this property is within walking distance to see pro football, hockey and baseball--so no hassle with parking when staying at this location!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is nicely decorated and can easily accommodate three people. Downtown is a quick uber ride away.

Excellent for CMA Fest!

4 women - two mothers/daughters - loved the accommodations - beds were comfortable - place was super clean - everything was there that we needed. April even supplied a blow dryer as well as coffee/tea to get us started. Location was perfect for walking to the shows - either the stadium or downtown - we loved returning in the afternoon to a place we could spread out instead of just a cramped hotel room. We ate out - but there was a kitchen - walked to LuLu's and the Red Bicycle for breakfast/brunch - easy walk - location was perfect. Last day we all enjoyed the pool! It's beautiful and on the river - April supplies beach towels and we spent the day relaxing and recharging after the music fest - stay that extra day if you can - you need it! One thing to realize is that there is no elevator - unless we did not find it? The location is on the 3rd floor - we all had carry on suitcases - but if you have heavier ones you might need assistance. Also easy to get Uber or Lyft to the location - very short drive into town or to the Gulch - so much to see and do! Thoroughly happy with the place - I heard other people at this location complain about the condition of their places - not this one! Perfect - we would go back again.

This was a great place for a girls' weekend.

We really enjoyed your property. The location was close enough to walk to Broadway and Lyft ride was very inexpensive ($5) on a rainy night, which was what we were looking for in a property. We didn't spend a lot of time there, but it was very quiet and comfortable when we did. Free covered parking was a bonus. Great value for a group. The pull out sofa was not so comfortable but as expected. Put the youngest in the group on it.

Nice Place to Stay - Loved Nashville

The condo unit was nicely laid out and well equipped. Quite comfortable for 4 people. parking was a bonus. Everything about the rental including communication prior to arrival was good. Damage deposit was quickly returned upon us vacating the property. Uber ride was $5 to many locations. Thanks for the popcorn in your snack tray. Nashville is awesome! Nashville is Smashville!

Staying at this condo will give you the location to be minutes from all the downtown activity and nightlife while still being able to step outside of it all when you are ready for quiet and relaxation. You can walk to popular locations in about 10 minutes or catch a short cab ride to most anywhere around town. Catch a glimpse of downtown river life while staying here, and see the beautiful lights of boats reflected into the water as they pass by at night. Many come to experience the live music that Nashville has to offer at almost any location you walk into located around lower Broadway, 2nd Avenue, or Printers Alley. But don't forget about the wonderful food Nashville has to offer in our many restaurants located conveniently to the condo. Catch a show at TPAC or aboard the General Jackson, or set up a tour at the Country Music Hall of Fame, Johnny Cash Museum, Olive & Sinclair Chocolate or at the Hatch Show Print. If you are looking for more natural scenery, Nashville has a wonderful zoo and the Opryland Hotel has amazing indoor botanical gardens with winding paths that will make you feel like you are in a rainforest jungle. Or for you sports fans, we have football, hockey and baseball all within walking distance--so you don't have to worry with the hassle of parking.
