Perfect for Girls weekend in Nashville!
Very nicely decorated and comfortable. 2-3 bars/restaurants w/i 2 blocks. On the river so you can watch river traffic if you'd like. Avg cost of Lyft to Broadway was only $5/Trip....so an excellent location!
Clean condo, great location, fast/easy communication with the owner.

It was a perfect location
Location location location! It was great! Safe and easy walk to downtown. Helpful hint lyft was 1/2 the price of UBER the weekend we stayed. Oh and anyone that notices the train tracks and worries. Don’t be worried the train is not an issue at this perfect condo.
Highly recommend family southern style dining at Monells in Germantown.
For summertime vacationing perfect peaceful location, swimming pool and BBQ and fire pit area. Nice added bonuses.
1 important note would be, you will have to carry your luggage up the stairs.
Enjoy your stay here I look forward to also coming back with my family.
Hi Dee! Monell's is wonderful and a local favorite. They have 2 nearby locations too. Lyft does tend to be a bit more inexpensive to get around town than Uber. In my almost 4 years of owning the condo, I have never seen a train on those tracks. I am not even sure they are used any longer. And the great note about the pool--It's open for the 2018 season through October!!! :)
Exactly as pictured
We had a great time. The condo is lovely, spacious, and very clean. It was exactly as advertised. The owner was very responsive to our questions and provided loads of helpful information. We walked everywhere by day and took Uber back at night. The only thing that surprised us was that there were no restaurants or coffee shops in close proximity to the condo.
Hi Kathleen! It's good to hear you all were comfortable in the condo. Lots of people enjoy the location because you are close to the action but can get out of the noise when you are ready. Uber and Lyft are great ride options and alot of people choose to do what you did---walk during the day and ride back at night. I'm not sure which direction you were going or what you were trying to eat, but there are several restaurants within 3 blocks of the condo if you walk straight out the front door and towards the baseball stadium. There is: The Red Bicycle for coffee, Geist, Von Elrod's, Pastime, and the whole food mall at the Farmers Market (Jamica Way was featured on Food Network). If you go 7-9 blocks, there is plenty to choose from: Silo, Germantown Cafe, Jack Brown's Burgers, Henrietta Red, Silo, City House, and over a dozen more in the same area. Come on back and try some of these. They are pretty awesome!!
The condo was perfect for our brides group. Had hoped for better weather for walking more but Uber was very easy to get us around. Thank you!!
Thank you for staying Tamara! I am glad the accommodations suited your group. Our weather here can be cold one day and hot the next. It fluctuates a lot during spring and fall. Thank you for the review!
Very nice, clean and comfy and great location
Thank you for your review Lee!
Staying at this condo will give you the location to be minutes from all the downtown activity and nightlife while still being able to step outside of it all when you are ready for quiet and relaxation. You can walk to popular locations in about 10 minutes or catch a short cab ride to most anywhere around town. Catch a glimpse of downtown river life while staying here, and see the beautiful lights of boats reflected into the water as they pass by at night. Many come to experience the live music that Nashville has to offer at almost any location you walk into located around lower Broadway, 2nd Avenue, or Printers Alley. But don't forget about the wonderful food Nashville has to offer in our many restaurants located conveniently to the condo. Catch a show at TPAC or aboard the General Jackson, or set up a tour at the Country Music Hall of Fame, Johnny Cash Museum, Olive & Sinclair Chocolate or at the Hatch Show Print. If you are looking for more natural scenery, Nashville has a wonderful zoo and the Opryland Hotel has amazing indoor botanical gardens with winding paths that will make you feel like you are in a rainforest jungle. Or for you sports fans, we have football, hockey and baseball all within walking distance--so you don't have to worry with the hassle of parking.
