Science World is very close. Across the street from the Village on False Creek with its restaurants and pubs, Urban Fare Supermarket, London Drugs, Creekside Community Centre and more. Ten minutes to downtown and easy access to the vibrant Main Street area with its coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques and bus routes.

Our 3 month stay at The Central was excellent! The location of the apartment was great, as it was just minutes from the sky-train station. The apartment was beautifully decorated and well kept. Tammy was amazing and extremely mindful of our well-being, which we were very grateful for.
We would stay at the Central and work with Tammy again in a heartbeat!
This luxurious condo is appropriately called "The Central." It is perfectly cited for visiting any attraction in the city, plus it offers indoor parking, as parking per se is often an issue in Vancouver. The condo has an expansive terrace and a huge bar b que grill, if that is your penchant. Indoors offers a gourmet kitchen, lounging furnatue, and large bedrooms with comfortable beds. Both bedrooms open to the expansive outdoor patio, while one has an en suite bathroom with walk in shower. 4 persons may stay in the unit comfortably. There are restaurants, markets, breweries and gelato within walking distance. However, the premier experience is visiting Grandville Island Market for fish and groceries, only 15 minutes away, and returning to the condo to prepare your own culinary extravaganza. Owners Tammy and Sean will gladly assist you with any issues, but my party's experience indicates there will be no problems to ask about. I am definitely looking forward to staying here again. R. We arrived by Amtrak from Seattle to continue our northwest vacation, with a 5 minute walk to the Center, where Tammy met us to let us in and show us the condo. It was just as described online. Spacious, well appointed with modern amenities, and a welcome bottle of wine. And a penthouse patio that could hold a party for a dozen, with a gas firepit to take the chill off the approaching fall evenings. What a way to start our stay. After settling in we walked to the Olympic Village neighborhood, locating the Urban Fare grocery store, Legacy Liquors and London Drugs pharmacy, and several restaurants and pubs near the Village Square. Seems we were set for anything we would need during our stay. Caught an early dinner at the Tap and Barrel and then walked the seawall towards Granville Island, enjoying the views of Yaletown and the False Creek shore.
With the False Creek water taxi stop right in the Village, and the Mainstreet Skytrain station within a 5 minute walk, we were all set to explore:
Granville Island with its shops and restaurants; Stanley Park for a bike ride and picnic; Downtown, Gastown and Chinatown for shopping, galleries, restaurants, pubs, and just plain sightseeing. We took the train downtown each day, did our thing, and then walked home, tired, but ready to enjoy a glass or two of wine on the patio, before starting all over the next day.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. My kids appreciated the strong wifi and great patio to play on. The parking spot was scary at first but we parked a 7 seater without an issue. This will now always be our first choice when visiting Vancouver even over our usual suite at the four seasons.
The location allows immediate access to the Vancouver Seawall for walking, is 5-10 minutes away from Urban Fare and London Drugs for shopping there are a couple of craft beer locations with nice decks in urban fare area. 15 minute walk to downtown Vancouver/BC Place/Rogers Arena. Has a nice gym. Parking is included. Well equipped with dishes, utensils etc. The deck is to die for. Tammy the owner is very gracious and fun. Would stay here in a heartbeat again.
We had a wonderful stay at Tammy and Sean's place. It was set up comfortably and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the deck, particularly when we had people over. It was also so nice to see so close to the seawall and athletes village. The place looks even better then the photos! We will be back!
We stayed in Tammy's place July 2016. It was clean, modern and roomy. The beds are very comfortable. The patio is huge and has a nice view. Tammy was a wonderful host. She communicates quickly and is very accommodating. We arrived late to a train delay and Tammy made sure she was able to meet us. She was available to answer questions for us during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.
