This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom sleeps 6. Island Club #1 not only has a convenient ground level location, but offers a one-level inside layout as well. The design is perfect for those who don't want the hassle of stairs. Our elderly & handicapped customers especially appreciate the ground floor location. As pictured, off the back deck is a convenient wooden walkway that leads you to a Gazebo with benches underneath for sitting in the shade. In front of the Gazebo, you are surrounded by the beautiful protected dunes of St. George Island, including Sea Oats, Morning Glories, and other dune vegetation. You can watch a lovely sunset or sunrise from this area. Steps away from the Gazebo and you will land yourself on the beautiful sand of St. George Island. Make sure you are on dolphin, shark & bird watch, as you never know what you are going to see at the beach! Take a stroll on the beach in the evening to see ghost crabs or look for blue crabs at night near the surf. This condo is located at 764 E Gorrie Drive, this is the ocean front road on St. George Island. Us locals believe the East side of the island is truly the less crowded, and quieter side of St. George. You are a 5 minute or less drive to the St. George Island Light house & there is a public walking path nearby. This condo has a new fridge, dishwasher, microwave, carpet, & kitchen flooring for 2017! The master bedroom offering a queen bed, and the 2nd bedroom offering two twin beds. Sleeper sofa located in the living room. This cute condo offers you a beach front location, at an affordable rate! Look out the Master bedroom & living room windows to see the beautiful beach & waves of the Gulf of Mexico. Outside living room or master bedroom sliding glass doors you will find a covered patio area with seating, including a picnic table for afternoon meals. Nearby are park style grills, cemented in the ground for the use of Island Club condo renters. Yes! There is FREE Wi-Fi, Cable, & a home phone at this condo. Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed here, thank you for understanding! As a bonus, you and your guest will receive discounts on all rentals such as, Golf carts, kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, chairs, umbrellas and other rentals from our friends at Jolly Roger Beach Shop. You will also receive FREE delivery & pick-up on your rentals. We do allow monthly stays during certain seasons. These reservations book up early!
