This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, Ocean front condo, has a convenient ground level location and one-level inside layout. The design is perfect for those who don't want the hassle of stairs. This condo is located at the bottom left of a four-unit condo complex. Our elderly & handicapped customers especially appreciate the ground floor location. A great condo offering prime, beach front, location, at an affordable rate! Look out the Master bedroom & living room windows to see the beautiful beach & waves of the Gulf of Mexico. Outside the condo you have your very own picnic table with overhead porch covering. Take a walk on the boardwalk to a lovely gazebo, which overlooks the beautiful beach of St. George Island. This condo sleeps 6. The master bedroom offering a queen bed, and the 2nd bedroom offering two twin beds. Sleeper sofa located in the living room. Yes, there is free WiFi & phone at this condo. Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed in this condo. Golf cart, kayak, paddle board and other rentals available to rent for a fee. Monthly stay available during certain season. Clean but needs some work

The location can't be beat -- right on the beach. Place was very clean and had everything we needed, including beach chairs and rafts. The beds were great and the linens very comfy. There are some cosmetic issues that need to be addressed such as the unfinished drywall in both bathrooms. There were no screen doors which precluded cross ventilation and the opportunity to hear the waves. These were minor, however, and we would definitely stay again.

Most amazing Vacation ever!!!!!

The beach house was adorable, the colors, the decor, relaxing and comfortable! Open the curtains to look out upon the beach and ocean! Listen to the ocean waves, hear the seagulls, see the beautiful ivy growing along the dunes. The island is historic, with the Cape St. George Lighthouse and Museum. St George Island has great shops and restaurants. We ate fresh caught seafood at Blue Parrot Oceanfront Cafe. We ate great burgers, salads, while listening to wonderful music at Harry A's Resturant. And you have to eat hand scooped ice cream at Aunt Eby's Ice Cream Shop!! You can visit Apalachicola Bay, with great shops and restaurants or Carrabelle, a quaint little fishing village. But the best part, is lounging around the beach house, cooking breakfast, then stepping out into that beautiful St. George Island Sunshine, and a few steps to the beach, Ahhh, relax, soak up the Rays, listen to the gulls, watch as a pod of Dolfins swim by....feels like heaven. You'll never want to leave!!!!!

We have put in a new refrigerator, dishwasher, and new microwave around that time. Since, we have changed some of the decor in the home, as well as new carpet that was put in this week, October, 2016. We hope you will enjoy these upgrades on your next stay here. Needs some attention

First of all I want to relay all the positives. I called on the Friday before a last minute trip 2 days later. Very easy to work with and they even gave me a better deal as it was just 2 of us and only needed a 1 bedroom. Easy check in process. The condo is right on the beach no roads to cross although in this area not really an issue. Great location within a mile to restaurants on the island and within 3 miles to the entrance of the state park. It does have the bare necessities. The renters also give you a discount at Jolly Rogers for anything you would want to rent such as bikes, kayaks, and golf carts. We rented bikes for the time we stayed and rode all over the island.

Now for the things that could be improved on. My biggest issue is the mattress on the queen size bed needs replacement. Worst mattress I think I have slept on, very worn. I even slept in the other bedroom a couple of nights on the twin bed. The condo is dated but that usually doesn't bother me as we are usually not in that much, but being that it was so dated it didn't seem as clean as it was. Bathrooms are really small but were workable. The condo does need a thorough dusting as some walls and ceilings you could see the dust gathered.

Overall if these issues were addressed, I would stay here again. I am a glass is half full kind of person so there you go.

Bathrooms size is typical for a condo of its size. As you can see from the pictures, we do try to keep the bathrooms aesthetically pleasing with white & aqua, ocean themed colors.
