Close to everything, but secluded and quiet!

Came down for Ironman Arizona and needed something close and easy to get to Tempe so I could easily enjoy the whole IM experience; but wanted a place that was quiet and secluded so I could focus and prepare for the race.

This condo was perfect for my trip; it was close to everything I needed - only a 10-minute drive to Tempe Beach Park (IM Race venue) and the fun atmosphere of Mill Avenue, a 10-minute drive to Old Town Scottsdale for cool restaurants, etc., and a 10-minute drive to the PHX airport.

The condo complex is clean and quiet with a nice pool / hot tub area. The condo itself is very recently renovated, clean, and the décor is comfortable and relaxing. The Property Manager was super in terms of communication and accommodating my stay - there was even some cold beer in the fridge for after my race!

nice condo centrally located to attend spring training games and other attractions.

Nice location to attend many attractions around greater Phoenix area and suburbs. Basic condo with nice kitchen and utensils. Hot tub by the pool was awesome! Condo complex was quiet and very clean.

Recently remodeled

We enjoyed our stay in the Pueblo condo. It is not in Old Town Scottsdale, but is a short drive away from shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Older buildings, but this unit was partly renovated. I'm giving it 3 stars for being adequate in cleanliness, amenities and convenience. The owner responded quickly to any questions and provided linens but only one pool towel. I would suggest adding blackout window treatments for better privacy, as this unit faces the street and parking areas.

Owner's Response: It reads "South of Old Town Scottsdale" which it is. Please take the time to read the full description before booking. Ali the Trolly, which is a trolly that runs just in Old Town for free has a stop in front of my condo. It is a five minute drive to Giants Spring Training Stadium. Unit is fully renovated with new flooring throughout, new vanities, recess lighting throughout, brand new kitchen, etc. This condo sits off a side street about 150 feet away, on the second floor with a patio built around the patio slider. I know the curtains are not Vegas style, but no one is able to see inside the condo. Yes, only one pool towel but 9 other towels that could have worked. Either you are happy in life or you are not. The happy guests leave nice reviews and the grumpy guests do not.

Scottsdale 2nd floor condo

Angelene was very pleasant, even though she was quite sick when we arrived. I feel it necessary to say that the photos of furniture were inaccurate. None of that furniture was there. The couch in the living room was black leather and had a big rip with the stuffing coming out. The dining room table was totally different (although it was more than adequate). The dining room chairs however were horrible. Small, hard plastic folding chairs. Certainly not what was pictured. None of the pictured bedroom dressers were there. One small dresser in the master bedroom. No easy chairs in the condo, as pictured. There was no door on the bathroom in the master bedroom, and the tubs were very stained. It is a bit of false advertising with the current photos.

Owner's Response: I am always pleasant and happy to accommodate. I did have walking pneumonia when they arrived, but they would have never known that had they not asked to arrive 2 days early. I could care less about getting more money and was happy to let them in. The condo was almost ready and just needed a new cable box. They were also worried that I did not have the right channels for Fiesta Bowl, so the day of I personally called to make sure they got that channel, which they did. All photos have been updated per this complaint. The old dinning room table was round and wobbly with wheels, so I upgraded the dining table. I personally sat in the black and white chairs and they are fine. The old chairs were wood and I found those super uncomfortable. However, had I been aware that the chairs in the dinning room were uncomfortable I certainly would have addressed the issue. I did not feature multiple easy chairs just one funky one in the master bedroom and guests kept moving it so I removed it. The black couch does have a tear which is covered by the blanket. I request that all guests let me know when they arrive, so I have a chance to make sure they are comfy. The condo has two master bedrooms and both dressers have plenty of space for vacation guests and long term. Prior couple stayed for four months and loved the condo. I do not have a door on the master bath as I feel it just gets in the way and the room is private. Again, I would be happy to hang a $50 door to keep a guest happy. The tubes are an off yellow not bright white. I often receive a hand written note with guests thanking me and letting me know that the place is stocked very well.

Great Stay!

Came in to town for Spring Training. This property is ideally located central to most of the stadiums. It is also incredibly close to Old Town for shopping, dining or a night out!
