About Joel Love

My wife and I have lived in Boulder collectively for over 20 years. We have been personally managing rental properties for much of that time. We strive to create welcoming space for anyone with whom we may work.

Joel Love purchased this townhome in 2006

Why Joel Love chose Boulder

Certainly above all, the location is stellar. I have tenants in the neighborhood who work on CU's main campus that get in their car maybe 8 times a month.

We are active property managers. I know our places inside and out, have spent years learning, maintaining, and updating each one, and take pride in providing a truly friendly environment and experience to anyone with whom I might work.

What makes this townhome unique

One of my personal favorite things about this place is that living within such easy access to so much helps keep me active. Walking and biking is such an easy proposition that I often find myself opting out of a car trip.

Super nice place!!!!!!!

  • 5 of 5

We spent all of June at this modern, uncluttered home. It was very, very comfortable and clean, it had everything we needed. The neighborhood is very quiet and beautiful and walking distance to Pearl Street Mall. Joel and Melissa are very nice and helpful. My husband and I have stayed at many homes in the US and Canada, but this home has been the best ever!

We will definitely go back to this beautiful, and most important, uncluttered place.

A Terrific Venue to Explore the Boulder Area

  • 5 of 5

Spent all of August here, a fully equipped, neat and comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood and close to all the Boulder places off interest and restaurants. The owner is extremely cordial and he was especially helpful and went to great effort to make my stay meet my expectations. The beds are very comfortable and the modern kitchen has all the amenities to prepare meals. Highly recommend a stay here while visiting Boulder.

Great Place!!

  • 5 of 5

If you are looking for a great place to stay, this is it! We found this place at the last minute and we feel fortunate we did. With 2 bedrooms and a pullout couch, it worked perfect. Very clean and modern. We miss this place and Boulder already. Our home away from home.

Nice house, nice neighborhood, nice people

  • 5 of 5

We stay for three months in this house and we had a really good time.

The place is fantastic! It is located in a peaceful and nice neighborhood but with easy access to most places even by bike.

Bedrooms are comfortable and spacious and the kitchen is well equipped.

It was a pleasure to meet Joel and Melissa, the owners; they help us with everything and we really enjoyed being their neighbors.

Nice house, nice people, nice neighborhood. Highly recommendable!!

GREAT spot!

  • 5 of 5

Really-- who wants to stay in a hotel in Boulder?

The neighborhood streets are absolutely beautiful and wonderfully walkable. This great spot in North Boulder is just a brief walk away from all that Pearl Street has to offer-- great food, innumerable shops, and even sidewalk entertainment. The grocery stores and other convenience shops are either a decent walk or minimal drive away as well. The surrounding residential neighborhood is friendly and entirely enjoyable to walk/run.

The unit itself is clean, clutter-free, and well thought-out on the interior. The living space is open and spacious while simultaneously intimate and friendly. The kitchen is completely updated with all the amenities and tools one might need for home cooking or entertaining. The bedrooms are spacious and uncluttered with ample closet and dresser space. Between two couples and multiple small kiddos, we were able to relax or move about with comfort and ease.

If you want the perfect balance of the relaxation and comforts of home, and the proximity to the energy of downtown Boulder and Pearl Street, this is your spot.

Minimalist and modern, quiet and walkable

  • 5 of 5

If you're looking for an affordable and more personal alternative to the hotels lining Pearl Street, this is an excellent choice in North Boulder. Shopping and dining along Pearl Street are a 15-minute walk away along quiet neighborhood streets (but if you head west to Sweet Cow for ice cream instead, you won't be sorry!). Many grocery stores including Whole Foods and Ideal Market are in a moderate walk/short drive range, and of course if you have a bike or just want to meander you can hop on the Goose Creek Path nearby. The Mt. Sanitas trail is a favorite running destination of mine, just a mile or so west.

The home itself is in a quiet residential neighborhood, and your living space is minimalist and clean with the basics you need for relaxing and entertaining. The owners greatly enjoy their own kitchen and have fully remodeled this one with that in mind; it's a compact yet thoughtfully designed space, with intuitive and useful organization and amenities plus new appliances. Bedrooms are comfortable and spacious, and they're situated away from the shared wall so you have privacy.

If you're looking for a welcoming and relaxing home base just a short walk away from the bustle of downtown Boulder (and you want access to a well-designed kitchen in order to save on some meals out) book here.
