Come stay in the best neighborhood in Boulder! This space is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit in a duplex West of Folsom St and just 4 blocks N of Pearl St. It is completely remodeled and newly furnished in late 2014 with friendly and comfortable modern finishes. The unit has its own laundry and a private outdoor patio and yard area. Walk just a few blocks from our front door and find yourself at places like these:

-Some of Boulder's finest restaurants
-Whole Foods Pearl
-CU Boulder main campus
-Naropa main campus
-Mount Sanitas
-Various coffee shops

About the owner: My wife and I have lived in Boulder collectively for over 20 years. We have been personally managing rental properties for much of that time. We strive to create welcoming space for anyone with whom we may work.

Certainly above all, the location is stellar. I have tenants in the neighborhood who work on CU's main campus that get in their car maybe 8 times a month. We are active property managers. I know our places inside and out, have spent years learning, maintaining, and updating each one, and take pride in providing a truly friendly environment and experience to anyone with whom I might work.

The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
One of my personal favorite things about this place is that living within such easy access to so much helps keep me active. Walking and biking is such an easy proposition that I often find myself opting out of a car trip.
