In fact, the balcony of 1206A looks directly out onto the gulf and the beach. You’ll love sitting on one of the balcony’s comfortable armchairs watching dolphins and manatees swim among the boats, listening to the waves rolling onto the sand, and letting the salt-scented breeze tickle your skin as you soak up that Florida sunshine--sheer bliss!
You can also savor the view from inside the 12th-floor unit. Whether you’re enjoying a meal at the corner table for 2, stretching out on the sofa with your tablet as you surf the web via our free WiFi, or whipping up a snack in the kitchen, you can gaze out the floor-to-ceiling windows at the seemingly endless blue skies and sparkling waters.
The unit was recently remodeled, and the furnishings are as stylish as they are comfy. Once you settle in on that couch, whether it’s to watch TV or indulge in a nap, you may never want to get back up! The sofa, incidentally, opens into a bed for 2, so that you can invite friends to spend the night.
Though compact, the kitchen has just about everything you need, whether you’re cooking nightly feasts or simply brewing that all-important morning cup of coffee. Glowing granite counters, gleaming new stainless-steel appliances, cookware, prep tools, tableware, a surprising amount of storage: All you have to supply is food and an appetite!
Like the living area, the bedroom offers a gorgeous view of the gulf--and you can relish it while sprawled out on the king-size bed! The bathroom is decorated to the same high standard as the rest of 1206A, complete with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower and a vanity with plenty of storage space. You’ll find a bounty of fresh towels waiting for you, along with extra bedding and an impeccably made bed. Should you need to do laundry during your stay, Estero Beach & Tennis has coin-operated facilities on the ground floor.
Among the complex’s more glamorous amenities is the heated pool, surrounded by an ample deck furnished with loungers for drying off in the sun after your swim. If you’d like to work up a sweat before plunging into the pool, hit one of Estero Beach & Tennis’s 4 tennis courts. For less-strenuous exercise, enjoy a game of shuffleboard or stroll the lushly landscaped grounds, which include a man-made lake with a fountain, leafy trees, and benches for sitting and luxuriating in the beauty that surrounds you.
Estero Beach & Tennis has a barbecue area as well. After you’ve grilled your freshly reeled-in snapper (or those steaks from the supermarket!), you can sit at one of the tables in the sun or under the shade of a tiki-style hut.
And all that’s within the confines of the Estero Beach & Tennis complex! Step outside, and you’re only a minute’s walk to the beach. When you’re not gathering seashells you can swim or fish in the serene gulf waters, kayak or jet ski, parasail or paddleboard.
Also within walking distance are the restaurants and shops of Santini Marina Plaza, a golf course, a marina, and the trolley that runs the length of the island. The trolley lets you head north to the Times Square area, with its bevy of outdoor eateries, shops, bars, and live entertainment, without having to drive.

Condo unit was nice but the building wasn't.
The condo itself stunk like fish and wet dog. The access to the beach was filled with debri. Disappointed the pool closed at 8 but I didn't verify the time when I booked. The ocean was a disappointment as well. The water smelled like fish and dead fish were everywhere. Our family of 9 will travel further North on the Gulf. This was our first time not going to Destin and we regret it.

Bed sheets didn't fit too well and kept coming off. Setting that aside, the place was clean and reasonably well appointed with what one would need for a week away.

Nicely remodeled condo, great location
The condo was nicely remodeled, was clean and looked exactly as the pictures show. It is an ocean front condo with great views of the beach and sunset. We really enjoyed ourselves.
The condo is located in a quiet area of Ft. Myers Beach, away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square. Which was perfect for us. Shops, restaurants, gas, and convenience store directly across the street.
Working with the property management company was efficient. The location for key pick-up and drop off was just a short distance away from condo.
Only negative was there was a couple minor fixes that need to get taken care of. Drain plug to kitchen sink was missing and the kitchen fan blades hit the cupboard door when opening. The weekly rent was higher (double) than we've paid for any other condo at EBTC, but it was peak season and week of Easter.
