Spacious, clean, convienent, relaxing. Great spot for group of cyclists looking to train.
My group of 12 cyclists had the most enjoyable time staying here. There was plenty of room for all. The kitchen had everything one might need for cooking for a large party and we used the outdoor grill too. The owner of the property, Joe, was very accommodating and met us when we arrived. He even allowed us to put our 12 bikes in the attached barn/garage, which was most appreciated.
Let’s talk about the cycling. Tons of great, quiet roads around the house. We rode multiple routes ranging from 20-80 miles in all directions. You want dirt roads? Plenty of them. You want to climb? Tons of climbing. You want rolling terrain? That too. Not much flat stuff out there , but that was fine with us.
All in all, a great place to stay with friends or family. The grounds are well kept and it’s clear that Joe takes pride in maintaining his property. We’d definitely return in the future!
Great beautiful house.accomodating for a big gathering
Joe was responsive to our questions and my family had a great time .well kept house.
a perfect house for a large family get together
We stayed here for 3 nights for a ski weekend with our children and grandchildren (a total of 15 ranging from 7 months to 72 years old.) The house has lots of rooms and bathrooms so everyone had private space but there was also good space for large meals and for hanging around in the evenings. The kitchen is well equipped, including basic food items like flour, sugar, oil, spices, etc. Joe, who lives in a separate section of the house, is terrific. He is friendly, helpful (including making fires in the big fireplace) and a good advisor on local activities. This is an old fashioned house with modern computer and TV service. It's comfortable and was perfect for us.
old charm, warm and cozy
Our family loved the stay at this beautiful house. It has everything that you need for a short stay. The owner is very helpful at all times.
Picture perfect way to spend Christmas
My extended family and I rented out the Bradford Village Inn over Christmas this year! We had a WONDERFUL experience. The home was so charming and the owner Joe was so accommodating. We had 11-13 people staying there through the majority of the trip, ranging from ages 6-70. Everyone felt right at home, and there was plenty of space for us all to be comfortable. The home was fully equipped for a large group such as us, and we never felt cramped. Joe made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. He even put up a Christmas tree for us to decorate (per request) and he ran out and picked up sleds for my kids to use after it snowed 10” on Christmas morning. We were treated like family and really enjoyed the personal touches provided for us! We chose this location because of its proximity to Mount Sunapee. We were only about 10-20 min from multiple ski resorts. We found plenty to do in the area, and truly enjoyed our Winter Wonderland setting for Christmas! Thanks Joe for creating an experience our family will remember for many years to come!!!
A beautiful and comfortable house with lots of space. Very welcoming and helpful hosts.
Our property is in a New England Village setting, with Mount Sunapee and Lake Sunapee less than 15 minutes, a grocery store and liquor store within 7 miles, and Dunkin Donuts and pizza shop within walking distance. Connect to walking trails, snow mobile trails, cross country skiing trails all from our home. Skate on our pond, enjoy the 3 acre grounds, or just relax on the Gazebo Porch or in front of the wood fire... we truly have it all and love to share it with our guests!
