This beautiful home was just completed in the summer of 2014. This home has three bedrooms, all of which have TV's with their own receivers. There are two bathrooms. You will enjoy relaxing in the pool and spa which were just completed in December 2014. There is an outdoor BBQ grill that makes it easy to prepare delicious meals, and a propane fueled fire pit to sit around on those cooler evenings. It is located on the lakeside of the highway which means it is very close to the marina, shopping and restaurants. The home has DirecTV and high speed internet. The RV garage is deep enough to park a pickup in it with a boat still attached or a large motorhome.

Like all families, we are always running in different directions and don't have much time to just be together without the pressures of life. So every summer we load our five kids in the car, hook up the boat, and head out to a lake for a week. Nothing promotes family bonding like being squished into small places for seven days, right?! Well, three years ago, we discovered Lake Havasu. Our kids fell in love with the warm water and we have returned every year since.

Why Heather Cranney chose Colorado River Area

When we started looking for a property in Lake Havasu City, we really wanted to be on the lakeside of the highway. We found several homes that met this requirement but they all seemed to have a lot of traffic noise. We thought it might be best to widen our search when we discovered this home. It was perfect!! The neighborhood is very quiet. It is lakeside of the highway so it is conveniently located close to the marina, shopping and restaurants. The other thing we loved is that is was brand new! It was completed in July 2014. The pool, spa, and landscaping were finished in December 2014.

What makes this house unique

This home is conveniently located but at the same time is in a very quiet neighborhood with almost no traffic. Hours will go by with no cars passing by this home. This is a great benefit to those that hate to back a trailer or RV into a garage with impatient traffic coming from both directions. The back yard is hidden from the view of neighbors and gives you a very private environment. We have stayed at several homes in Lake Havasu where the neighbors could look into the pool area from several directions. The home is located on the edge of the desert which is great for those of you that enjoy exploring on ATVs, UTVs, and motorcycles. Just open the garage door and away you go. No having to haul your machines to the trail heads.

Beautiful home in well kept neighborhood..

Pool/Spa topped the day off after being at the lake. Loved that it was salt water too....

Garage is grat place to store your boat..

Clean Home and Great Pool

My husband and I are stayed here for a little over a month with our two small kids (under 3), the house was incredibly clean and the pool was great (The pool was awesome for little kids because half of it is very shallow). I would highly recommend staying at this house.

Perfect Set Up

The home was perfect with it being clean, having a pool, and a boat deep garage. The home was close to the launch ramp which made things really easy. And they put in a new Starbucks around the corner. We'll be back. Thanks

Beautiful Home

We booked this home for Labor Day weekend, I must say my expectations were exceeded. This is a beautiful newer home with very nice high quality furnishings. The home was fully equipped with all that was needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was also very well equipped and contained all items needed to prepare meals on a daily basis. There was no need to contact the property manager for any reason during our stay because everything was so well maintained inside and out. The saltwater pool was great and also well maintained. I would recommend this home to any mature and responsible renters because a would hate to see someone who is not responsible do something to such a great property.

Excellent all around

Heather was a great host. Very helpful and immediately responsive. The house itself is immaculate and comfortable. Everything worked well and intuitively and the salt water pool, fire pit, and jacuzzi were all fantastic, right down to thee lighting and water features. I will stay again if it available when I return, without a doubt.
