This townhouse is all on the lower level, single story and has a full unobstructed view of Camelback Mt. facing Chaparral Lake/Hayden Greenbelt which stretches for 12 miles. This greenbelt invites biking, walking, jogging and skating. Located 2-3 miles from Old Town Scottsdale area it is surrounded by Scottsdale ballparks, famous bars and restaurants and casinos. Guests have seasonal use of a community pool. Plus miles of open greenbelt area, including a lovely desert zeriscape, dog parks, Chaparral park and many other outside activities in the area. We have a BBQ and nice large patio for dinners outside. The front door opens to the lovely view of Camelback. The unit is fully furnished with a queen bed in the master and a custom bunk-bed with a queen on the lower and a full on top. We also have a futon. The bathrooms have been updated as well. We are accessible by phone for any inquiries and advice on local attractions.

Wonderful place to stay
Great location! Very clean and comfortable. This condo has everything you need and the park across the street is an added bonus especially if you have a dog. There are so many good restaurants close by along with sights to see. We strongly recommend this condo. Kimberlee was great

Great location, wonderfully responsive owners, well supplied condo!
We truly enjoyed our stay here. The location, across from Chaparral Park, was great - easy access to everything. We put the bike path and the new Limebike program to use! This condo was fully furnished with everything we needed plus lots of extras. We enjoyed the private patio in the back with a grill and ate outside often. Beds were comfy and linens and towels in ample supply. Owners were especially helpful - thanks for getting us the sports channels - couldn't miss March Madness games! We would definitely stay here again!

This condo has everything needed for a home away from home. Loved walking out the door for a walk around the park which is part of the Scottsdale biking and walking path. You can bike to.Old Town and to Spring trading camps and come back to a cozy comfortable home. Kim is a wonderful host. We loved staying here.
This beautifully maintained two-bedroom unit is centrally located in a quiet Scottsdale neighborhood only a couple minutes from the 101 loop. It faces a park with a walking path, and is within walking distance of a Safeway grocery store and a cafe. The unit has private outdoor space with a gas barbecue grill. The owners could not be nicer!

This town home is located in the heart of Scottsdale, 2-3 miles from Old Town. There are dozens of restaurants and bars/night life, casinos and the largest shopping mall in the state - Scottsdale Fashion Square. The Desert Botanical Gardens and Phoenix Zoo are a short 10-15 minute drive. It is surrounded by golf courses and all kinds of hiking areas including the famous Camelback Mountain.
