Condo Chap has the full unobstructed view of Camelback Mt. and is facing Chaparral Lake/Hayden Greenbelt which stretches for 12 miles. This greenbelt invites biking, walking, jogging and skating. The condo is located 2-3 miles from Old Town Scottsdale area and is surrounded by Scottsdale ballparks, famous bars and restaurants and casinos. Guests have seasonal use of a community pool. Plus miles of open greenbelt area, including a lovely desert xeriscape, dog parks, Chaparral park and many other outside activities in the area. We have a BBQ and nice large patio for dinners outside. The front door opens to the lovely view of Camelback. The unit is fully furnished with a queen bed in the master and a custom bunk-bed with a queen on the lower and a full on top. We also have a futon. The bathrooms have just been updated as well. We live in the area and are accessible by phone for any inquiries and advice on local attractions.

It's centrally located to the whole metro area. It sits right off of Chaparral Park Lake where Canadian Geese and other birds make their winter home. It has a spectacular view of Camelback Mountain.
We have newly renovated bathrooms, new flooring and windows. The location is very near Old Town Scottsdale, centrally located, yet is quiet and relaxing.
This town home is located in the heart of Scottsdale. 2-3 miles from Old Town. There are dozens of restaurants and bars/night life, casinos and the largest shopping mall in the state - Scottsdale Fashion Square. The Desert Botanical Gardens and Phoenix Zoo are a short 10-15 minute drive. It is surrounded by golf courses and all kinds of hiking areas including the famous Camelback Mountain.
