Free access on the other side of the stream, allows a southern exposure on 3000 m2. The cottage is accessed by a concrete driveway, from the private car park, located on the top of the property. The main house owners is 60 m away, the 2 houses are totally independent.
The cottage is a former bread oven of the 18th, completely renovated. It comprises on the ground floor bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. In the other adjoining room, there is the living area and the kitchen area. The fireplace is not in use. The slope under room upstairs. Wi-Fi and flat-screen HD TV are available. The mobile phone network is difficult in the house. A VMC provides air circulation and outlawed smoking in the cottage.
Note the presence in respect of mallards, moorhens and herons, permanent inhabitants of the valley on the 2 lakes. 200m from the road, the house enjoys a privileged location since situated from numerous hiking trails (hiking and biking), going directly to the forest of Grimbosq (450 hectares) and the Orne valley protected area.
