We are renting this fall for a two night minimum. Come down and enjoy the beach and stay just two nights!!!! Lovely three bedroom two bath, 2nd floor condo and it comes with 6 beach tags. The nautical decor gives you the true shore feeling. Large front and rear decks with easy access from one deck to the other. Ocean views from the back deck. Very close to the beach and ocean. Easy access to the boardwalk. Cheery kitchen, dining and living areas. Bikes and plenty of beach chairs too. A great place to kick off your shoes and enjoy a week or two away from home and work.

Loved it - best part of the island and so close to the beach!

Great beach house very close to the ocean. The best part of the house are the outside decks. It's very close to the ocean so it makes it easy to come back to the house if you forgot something or need something from the beach.

The bikes at the house were fantastic and we enjoyed the short ride to the boardwalk each morning. The location is so nice with many nice houses around yet it is a very quiet area. There are some great ice cream shops real close by that you can walk to and is also a breakfast place not far down the street it was fantastic. We highly recommend this house if you're looking for a great family vacation in a wonderful area of Ocean City.. Brian and Ericka are the owners and they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and they answered all of our questions.

Exactly as advertised

Brian's second floor unit on Central Avenue was exactly as advertised and more. At first sight, you could tell that much thought and pride went into this comfortable and inviting condo. The kitchen and bathrooms were very clean and the unit was simply vacation ready. There was plenty of sleeping space for my family of six. The shed had everything you could ask for a trip to the beach (chairs, umbrellas, bikes and even a kayak which we did not get a chance to use). Coffee on the front deck was a perfect way to start the day. Unfortunately, we did not use the back deck as much as we planned to due to the awning being taken down because of Tropical Storm Hermine. Brian was very easy to work with and always returned calls/texts/ emails in a timely way. All in all, we had a very enjoyable week and would recommend this unit to any of our friends.

A GREAT VACATION!

My family of four, and my parents rented this house for a week in September. This house was perfect for us. We had plenty of room for the 6 of us. Here are a few key points that I want to mention:

LOCATION- The house is 1 block from the beach. Because it's 10 blocks from the stores on the boardwalk, it is very quiet and peaceful in the area of the house. If you're into riding bikes on the boardwalk, the house is only 1 block from the most southern end of the boardwalk.

SHED- Attached below this house is a shed that is filled with everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation. 6 bikes, at least 6 beach chairs, boogies boards, skim board, beach toys, umbrella, and a few different types of beach buggies to haul everything down for a day at the beach. It even had a kayak (which we didn't use). We saved so much room in our car, because we didn't have to pack any of this. It's all there waiting for you.

KITCHEN- The kitchen was very well stocked. It had everything we needed to cook all of our meals.

PORCHES- The two decks on this house were great. If the breeze was coming from the bay, we sat on the front porch. If the breeze was coming off of the ocean, we utilized the big back porch with the great canopy. If we weren't on the beach, we spent a lot of our time on the back porch.

OWNERS- The owner, Brian, was great to work with. He answered all phone calls and emails very quickly, and always in a professional manner. He takes pride into his house, and it was apparent to me that he enjoys sharing his home with others.

If you're looking for a nice, well maintained home in the quieter section of Ocean City, then you should consider this house. We'll be contacting Brian for our next vacation to Ocean City. Thanks again Brian for a great week.
