About Mark

I am 40 years old and have been living in Santa Fe since 2013. I have lived in Texas, Colorado, Peru (Cusco), Michigan and now in New Mexico.

For 10 years I was a Mechanical Engineer in the Corporate world for global corporations and now I work to serve people of all ages in a variety of ways in the form of personal service. From providing Elder Care in the Santa Fe community to teaching science to children.

Now I also host people here in Santa Fe and still in Peru where I organize and lead trips to the Sacred Valley of the Incas.

I live in the same area as the vacation rental home and I deal directly with all guests.

Mark purchased this house in 2015

Casa Michi Uno is the perfect place to stay when in Santa Fe!

  • 5 of 5

This casa is a gem and the location is wonderful! Casa Michi Uno is located within walking distance to the Plaza, just stroll along Alameda and follow the river to the Old Santa Fe Trail. The house and property are both very clean, quaint and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of room for friends and family to sit down together for meals. The bed is very comfortable, the newly remodeled bathroom is super nice and the shower has great water pressure. The washer & dryer are also very convenient and a nice bonus.

There is a private narrow fenced courtyard with festive lights, patio tables and chairs which makes sitting outside both fun and relaxing. Property is pet friendly and has plenty of room for off street parking with zero worries about your car being broken into or vandalized. Overall this property is safe, secure, and private. Built in the 1930’s and recently remodeled it definitely lives up to the authentic Santa Fe adobe standards and is also quite spacious for a 1 bedroom house. I stayed for almost 2 months and didn’t want to leave.

Mark is a wonderful property manager, he is always available by phone or text, is very professional, friendly & welcoming. Also had the opportunity to meet the owner and she is delightful, very gracious and upbeat. Overall this has been one of my favorite places to stay in Santa Fe!!! Wonderful experience and I hope to stay again in the near future. Highly recommend this charming casa!

Very nice, clean, and cozy!

  • 4 of 5

Loved this place we stayed! Very clean and comfortable. Charming, and mark was very nice and welcoming. Only negative was it was a mile from the plaza, so we still had to drive to go shopping and out to restaurants. I would recommend it to anyone though, we really enjoyed our stay!
