This magnificent beach home is in the Sand Point neighborhood with restaurant, pool, hot tub, beach boardwalk and golf cart access. It has two kitchens and sleeps 14 guests on one king, two queens, two twins, four twin bunks and a sleeper sofa. Plus four of the five bedrooms have their own private access to a full bath, so it's the perfect family setup for two or three couples with children or grandchildren.

Great customer service!

We stayed here for a family reunion and had a great time. Very close to the beach and plenty of room for all 13 of us! We, unfortunately, had to cut our trip short due to the hurricane and had to evacuate, but they refunded us for the days we couldn't be there. We have been very impressed and would love to stay there again!

Great house, great location...close to beach and community pool

Lovely home, very well appointed and fit our needs perfectly. Plenty of room for our large family and next door to the pool for convenient swimming. Walking distance to the beach. Some loud neighbors that moved in the last night were our only complaint, but this is a lovely, clean property we will likely use again!

The house was spacious and had plenty of room to spread out and also plenty of room to be together.

This was our first trip to Port A. We enjoyed the amenities of the house with lots of space for our entire family. The beach access was very convenient as well as close to town for restaurants and shopping. Nice to rent a golf cart too for traveling in town. Wonderful experience for our family.

Excellent Trip!

We had an excellent time. The grandkids bounced between the very close beach and the literally next door pool. We could sit on the balcony and watch the grandkids swim in the pool. The beach was a very short walk away. We really appreciate Matt telling us about the dolphin trip that was "attacked" by the pirate ship. We all had a wonderful time on that trip. We had a problem with the tv upstairs, but didn't really care since we weren't there to watch tv. We had a great time. I don't remember exactly which date we got there, but it was close to June 9.

Pelican Perch

The house was very clean and is a great location for both the beach and things to do in town. The only down side to the house is the layout of bedrooms to bathrooms is a little odd. One of the queen rooms is out in the open and people have to walk through it to get to the bathroom. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely go back!

Spring Break 2017

Great location. House had plenty of room. We had 6 teenage boys with us, 15-21. Pool was located right next to the house which was nice for the little kids, but got a little wild later in the day with spring breakers. Police did run off people every night when the pool closed. If you are looking for a relaxing week or weekend, don't go during spring break. There were people up all night around the neighborhood. Beach was a short walk and nice. We brought our fishing boat and got a slip at the marina, about 18$ a day. That was nice because we also fish alot and have been fishing in the Port A area for 20 years. Only issue was, the parking. If you drive a car, don't pull in the driveway. It is way too steep. Our truck, suburban and 4 runner were just fine. There is parking at the pool, that's where we parked the car. We will rent this place again, maybe not for spring break, but overall we loved it. Very easy to get to town, kitchen was large, dining table was big enough for 8 easy.
