About Mark

We’re Mark and Melissa and we’ve lived in Colorado for over 23 years and we love being able to share the beautiful and spectacular ski resort of Breckenridge with others. We take a lot of pride in our three bedroom three bath, home away from home, condominium. We put a lot of attention into making it a well equipped, attractive and comfortable home for our guests. The beautiful view of the ski mountain from our deck and large windows is a spectacular way to end the day watching the sunset. As a family of outdoor enthusiasts, the winter skiing is some of the best in the country and the mountain biking, hiking, and exploring is a tremendous way to spend summer days. We look forward to having you join our very happy group of renters.

Why Mark chose Northwest

We chose a place in Breckenridge because it is only 90 minutes from our home and it is a wonderful outdoor place to play, in every season. The skiing is fabulous and so are the many outdoor sports and activities throughout the year. The town of Breckenridge is really pretty and very quaint and there is so much to do all year round. The restaurants and shopping are superb. It is also a very easy commute from the airport for our guests.

What makes this condo unique

Our condo has a clubhouse that includes a heated outdoor pool year round, an indoor ski valet within a short walk from the chair lift, as well as a work-out room and several hot tubs. We are also within a five minute walk to the heart of the town. We have a list of our favorite restaurants and activities so our guests can get the best of what Breckenridge has to offer.

We really enjoyed these accomodations while staying in Breck. Very comfortable. Nice close walk to the ski valet and another short walk to the slopes. Highly recommend it.

Great location and house

Our group of 8 adults had a great time in Breckinridge at this condo. It was roomy, and having bathrooms for each bedroom was especially convenient. Everything was as promised and the condo is so close to the village! There is a hot tub right next door, but a somewhat nicer one attached to the registration building which is a short walk (even closer than the village). Breckenridge is lovely and we enjoyed dinner at Mi Casa one night, but even more fun was making dinners at the condo (excellent kitchen) and enjoying the cozy fireplace while it's snowy outside.

Close to downtown and ski lift!

My husband and I rented this property with our 2 teenagers and a handful of their friends. The condo was roomy and comfortable for all...and 3 bathrooms keeps everyone happy! We had room to park 2 vehicles. We were close to the ski valet, ski lifts, hot tub, and downtown. The teens could walk and enjoy the parts of Breckenridge to their hearts content, and this gave mom and dad time to enjoy their vacation too!

Great Location

We were 7 people and having 3 full bedrooms along with 3 bathrooms was great. We travel together often and its usually getting ready in the morning that causes delays. With 3 baths, this was not a problem at all.

The location is great - walking distance to both, Main street and the Village which is where we spent our time skiing. The Christy Sports ski rental location is great and we made use of the lockers at the rental location that came with the unit, which was a great benefit. We also used the hot tubs on the property after ski sessions and it was very relaxing.

Everything is as advertised, and we enjoyed our stay. We will be back should we visit Breckenridge again!

Excellent Unit

We loved out stay in Main street junction #11. very short walk to the slopes and to downtown. great kitchen, open space + 3 bedrooms. unit was exactly as advertised with easy check in, etc.
