Large air conditioned apartment standing in a new standing residence with swimming pools, located close to the pedestrian access to the Port Aventura theme park and to Salou's beaches and centre.

This is a bright apartment, very comfortably furnished, and with a long terrace which goes along the bedrooms, the living room and the kitchen.

Spacious with 3 double bedrooms (3 double beds of 150 cms and 160 cms with visco-elastic Memory Foam), 2 complete bathrooms (one in suite), a large living room with dining area and a fully equipped independent kitchen with dishwasher.

Wide picture windows in the main rooms allow direct way out to the large terrace, protected with sliding screens and divided in two distinct areas, a relax area with deck furniture (armchairs and little table) and a dining area with a table and chairs.

This is a property with quality modern furniture and a very complete equipment which includes the integrated air conditioning in all the apartment, an unlimited ADSL Wifi Internet connection, complete household appliances, much storage area in the integrated closets, a satellite TV with international channels, a private parking spot, etc... and the possibility to rent the linen (sheets and shower towels – to confirm before arrival).

Keuken is afgesloten ruimte waardoor contact met andere vakantiegangers een stuk minder is.

terras smal om comfortabel aan tafel te zitten

Er zijn voldoende ruimtes maar alles is aan de kleine kant.

Salou is a seaside resort very developped in terms of tourism, about 100 kms South from Barcelona and 10 kms from Tarragona and its rich cultural patrimony, classified at the UNESCO.

You'll find there all kinds of tourist activities such as, for instance, water sports, children playgrounds, shops, restaurants of all kinds, excursions, etc.... and, above all, the famous Port Aventura theme park and the soon-to-open Ferrari Land.

Its typical golden sand, international culture and equipement for entertainment turned it into one of the most fashionable holiday places within Costa Dorada and Spain.

The tourist animated area is located northwards, ideal for young holiday makers and the urban centre, like a little village, stands Southwards – it's much appreciated by families.

There are about 8 beaches and creeks of fine golden sand, linked with one another thanks to a long pedestrian track, “Camino de Ronda”, going all along the ledge and leading to the famous Jaume I maritime promenade, lined with pine trees, palm trees and fountains.
