Family in Rome
Beautiful apartment very near St Peter Square and the Vatican. Andrea is an excellent host who always communicates instantly. Would highly recommend this property.
My family and I enjoyed this stay and where able to move around the city very easily. The bus service is superb. All very near the apartment. All I can say, loved Rome and this apartment. Going to miss it when I go home!! Xx
The apartment was clean, comfortable and efficient. Many restaurants and cafes. The only problem was the cable connects need repair and stopped working for 3 out of the 4 days. We recommend getting a small microwave.
Thank you for your review James.
Sorry for the problem with the cable, but why you told nothing during your staying? I would have fixed it. If you tell nothing, how can I know?
Great location, exceeds our expectations
We were impressed by this apartment in the Vatican area. The apartment was clean and well presented. The bedrooms were a perfect size. The photographs do clearly show the quality of the apartment. It is on the second floor, but there is a lift to get up and down the stairs. The owner was prompt in his communication. The apartment is a perfect base to explore Rome: St Peter's is only 10 minutes’ walk. The metro stop is within walking distance. As a base for three days to visit to Rome, this apartment cannot be beaten. Overall we had a great experience and we would definitely stay her again if we come back to Rome.
Thank you for your review Maria, it has been a pleasure to host you and you will be welcome if you want to come back again! Ciao! Andrea
The apartment was spacious and an easy and safe walk to Saint Square Square.
The host was very helpful answering many questions. It was a nice touch to leave bottles of water in the refrigerator. The apartment was a great value considering other options. The host kindly arranged for our taxi to the airport.
One suggestion would be to offer two sets of keys to the renters. Would give flexibility when a group of 4 wanting to split and to go different places.
Dear Kelly, thank you for your review. If requested by time, I can give 2 sets of keys, bringing to guests the one I have for emergency. You wrote me many times before your arrival and during your staying, but never asked that.
Only at the check-in, your husband told me he wanted a second set of keys because he was afraid to lost one, and I answered that in that case it was better if I had keys for that emergency.
Andrea was an excellent host. He thoroughly ran us through all the necessities of the home as well as providing useful tips for Rome. The apartment has a perfect location with about a 5-10 min walk to the Vatican city. The other main attractions of Rome are also within walking distance. His home was extremely clean and well-equipped. He also provided free amenities such as drinks and snacks to make our stay as comfortable as possible. He was also very quick to respond when we had any queries. We would highly recommend this place to anyone else! Thank you for your hospitality, Andrea.
Thank you for you review! It has been a pleasure to host you and I wait you next time in Roma.
My family stayed at St Peter Home Holiday from 3 to 10 of July. Very comfortable apartment, spacious enough for 4 people, clean and fully equipped ,quiet at night and with grate location - 5 min to the Piazza St. Peter, 20 min to Trastevere and 30 – 45min to Coliseum , walking through narrow picturesque streets. We could walk back to the apartment at the hot afternoons for a small rest and go out again in the evenings to enjoy the nightlife by the river or wandering through Trastevere which is full of charming restaurants, bars and pizzerias. The area of the apartment seemed safe and there were many shops, bakeries, cafeterias, jelaterias and a Carrefour near there. The kitchen was equipped with all needed, even with olive oil, balsamico, coffee and two bottles of mineral water. Andrea was a wonderful host – he sent us a car to the airport at our arrival and ordered a taxi for our departure. We appreciated ! Furthermore at our check in Andrea had bought us some fresh Italian pastry for breakfast – it was so kind!We enjoyed a lot our stay at St Peter Home Holiday apartment and we will definitely recommend it to our friends and to all those who plan to visit Roma! Thank you, Andrea!
Thank you for your review, it has been a pleasure to host you and I will be happy to host you again! Ciao! Andrea
