Be among the very first guests to stay in our recently purchased, fully remodeled and newly furnished vacation condo.


Perfectly situated in the heart of Park City, Copperbottom Inn is centrally located between the three resorts (Deer Valley, Park City Mountain Resort and Canyons), at the entrance to Historic Old Town. Walk less than 5 minutes to the market, pharmacy, bank, sporting goods store, Starbuck, numerous restaurants or any of the nearby stops along the Park City Transit free bus routes. Or walk an extra minute to the base of Park City Mountain Resort.


Boasting the extra window of an end unit, #303 is the only top-floor residence at Copperbottom Inn that offers views -- of open sky and sunsets against the slopes of Park City Mountain Resort -- from any seat in the living room. The living room also features a leather queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress, leather chair and ottoman, 14’ vaulted ceiling, wood burning fireplace, remote-controlled flat screen TV with built-in DVD Player, cable television and balcony..


#303 has a full kitchen complete with all appliances and every amenity, while the “mudroom” area provides generous equipment storage and a place to gear up for daily adventure. Ideal for up to 4 guests, simply closing the bedroom door effectively converts the well-designed and open floor plan into two private suites, each with its own full bathroom and, of course, free WiFi.


The beautiful slate-floor kitchen has everything a cook could want: A dishwasher, 4-burner electric stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator-freezer and drop-leaf dining area with folding bar stools. There is a coffee maker (of course!) with automatic shut-off, toaster, dishes, glasses, utensils and prep tools, but we also offer a variety of upgrades and extras such as Circulon pots and pans, ceramic cooking knives, a collection of spices, blender, mini crockpot, hot air popcorn popper, hand mixer and more.


Both bathrooms have slate floors, a full shower and bathtub, 100% white cotton fluffy towels, plenty of shelves and drawers for personal items, along with complimentary shampoo, conditioner and bath gel. A professional hair dryer is provided as well.


The large, carpeted bedroom is furnished with a King-Size bed and memory foam mattress, down-alternative comforter, suede duvet and pillow shams, two 2-drawer nightstands, a 6-drawer dresser, large two-door closet, full length mirror, remote-controlled flat screen TV with built-in DVD Player, cable television, humidifier, iron, ironing board and sliding door to the balcony. All of the bed linens are 500-thread count and 100% cotton; there are comforters for both beds as well as numerous pillows and blankets to warm and satisfy every comfort level.


Before the developers opted to sell individual condominiums, Copperbottom Inn was designed and built as an all-suite hotel, which explains its many conveniences.

We live in Los Angeles but have vacationed in Park City over the past 10 years. Last year, we finally rationalized buying our very own vacation condo!

Why Arlyne Lewiston chose Old Town

Let's face it: Park City has some of the best ski snow in the world. For us, its a fairly inexpensive 90-minute plane ride to SLC and an even shorter trip from the airport. Otherwise it would be a 6-hour car trip to ski on Sierra Cement in crowds of people who, at times, have questionable manners. Needless to say, we couldn't be happier and hope to share our adorable condo.

It started when we rented a unit in the building and we ended up falling in love with the location, amenities and floor plan. Park City is great for rentals if you're a family or large group but, for a couple, there are very few choices. Staying at hotels became incredibly expensive (not to mention having to eat out for every meal) with the moderately priced ones not in the most convenient locations.

Park City has since become our main hub for summer outings to National and State Parks. Utah has five National Parks and a ton of State Parks; Wyoming and Arizona are all within a 5-hour drive.

What makes this condo unique

Copperbottom Inn is literally in the heart of town with access to everything. Having the option of being able to cook in a real kitchen is fantastic, especially for breakfast. And there are no words for being able to walk to the market in 3 minutes.

Having two full bathrooms is a huge!!! Not only does it work in a his/her way but, for a family with kids, the ability to close the bedroom door and make two separate, private suites is just an insanely brilliant design feature.

Of course, there is the incredible view out the window. The wood burning fireplace just feels and smells wonderful. Being able to do laundry is an overlooked luxury, instead of having to pack stinky/sweaty sports clothes into luggage. There's the sauna (personal fave) and spa. Basically, we think our condo is incredibly homey and romantic. We LOVE it and hope you will too!

With a five month stay in Park City this condo was amazing. Great location with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Great view of the runs down the mountain. Very accomidating hosts as well.

Ski Getaway

My finace and I really enjoyed staying at this apartment. The location is very close to downtown Park City (5-10 minute walk) as well as the park city slopes. Free buses pick up residents directly outside. We felt this was in a safe area, near good restaurants and shops.

The apartment itself was very well furnished and decorated. The bed was outrageously comfortable (tempurpedic?), the fireplace was cozy, and there was a rack for our skis and equipment. Arlyne made sure that we were fully stocked with wood for the fireplace, which was very nice. Arlyne was VERY responsive to our questions. We felt like the advertisement was very accurate and we would book here again in the future.

Amazing apartment, Amazing vacation - you NEED to stay here!

From the first engagement, Arlyne was amazing. As the owner of the apartment, she was highly communicative and always very friendly and helpful.

When arriving in Park City, Arlyne proved excellent and very responsive on getting to and in to the apartment.

In Park City, Arlyne has help form a friend, Joni. I am not just saying this, but having travelled all around the world, you would have to go a long, long way to find someone as helpful and friendly.

I do not believe you will find more helpful and accommodating people in Park City. With both Arlyne and Joni as hosts, you will want for nothing.

An example - It was my wife's birthday on first full day of our trip. As such, there was very little I could do to make the stay special or buy a present. With a few emails between myself and Joni we hatched a plan. When we arrived, there was a beautiful bouquet of flowers, a lovely basket with a huge collection of little treats and local produce, and a bottle of Pol Roger champagne (my favourite, and that of Sir Winston Churchill no less!).

You really cannot ask for this level of service. Joni - once again - THANK YOU!!!

The apartment self is simply beautiful. I walked in the door behind my wife. I put down the snowboard bag, closed the door and it was instantly like being at home. The apartment is warm, cozy very tastefully decorated and has all the facilities you will need. For those skiing or snowboarding, the master bed is MASSIVE and brilliantly firm and supportive. After a tough day on the mountain, it is exactly what you need to recover.

Facilities in the complex are all good. Locations is great. You have a range of stores in easy walking distance, and you are just 5 mins on the bus to Main Street.

In all, I could not recommend the apartment, the owner or their local support team any more. When returning to Park City, I will most certainly contact Arlyne. Returning is the best example of a recommendation, and the tis exactly what I aim to do.

Nice condo, close to town and skiing

Great Park City condo

This cosy condo was perfect for our group of 3 - close to Park City Mountain Resort and a short bus ride from Main Street. The kitchen was fully stocked, allowing us to cook our own meals (supermarket just round the corner). Our host provided all the details we needed before our arrival and was prompt in responding to emails. We didn't try the hot tub, and the restaurant downstairs was closed during our stay, so can't comment further on those. If we return to Park City as a group of 2-3, we would not hesitate to stay here again.
