Location, location, location! Located in Noe Valley, one of San Francisco’s best neighborhoods, the house is close to just about everything. Just 3 short blocks to the 24th street corridor with restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, bakery and more. 6 blocks to the Castro and Underground Metro/transportation. A safe and quiet neighborhood with good public transportation and street parking. A great centralized location to enjoy all San Francisco has to offer.

This 1200/sqft 1908 Edwardian upper flat features 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and is completely renovated. Fully stocked high end chef’s kitchen with all amenities needed, open concept kitchen/dining/living, 9’ ceilings, bright and airy with beautiful outdoor deck and city views. In addition there is super-fast WIFI, smart HDTV with cable and premium channels, state-of-the-art whole house water filtration, 2 Washers / 2 Dryers in the basement, good closet space and 2 high-end mountain bikes available for guest to use by special arrangement.

The master bedroom suite features a very comfortable queen size bed with high thread count cotton bedding and a marble tiled ensuite bathroom with separate shower, Jacuzzi bath and heated floors. The master bedroom, with the attached dressing/seating area is perfect for 2 people. There are sliding doors to divide the room in half to create 2 separate bedrooms. The 2nd bedroom (the sitting/dressing area) has a very comfortable pullout, queen-size bed. My flat is comfortable for 4 people, although it is better suited for 2 or 3 persons. There is a second full bath, also in marble, that feature a shower over tub and high quality 100% cotton towels and amenities.

This is a non-smoking house that is best enjoyed in a quiet and respectful manner. My home is on the top floor of a 3 unit building (24 steps); there are 2 friendly, well-mannered smaller dogs that live directly downstairs with my business partner; they own the lower backyard. Quiet enjoyment is expected as this is a residential area. Yes, the Castro neighborhood is just over the hill... but my home is not appropriate as a party house; although it is perfect to for cooking and entertaining.

Wonderful Visit in a Fabulous home.

I had a wonderful visit in San Francisco! Both Bruce and Maria are friendly and helpful. This home is very well appointed. It is comfortable, clean and spacious. The furnishings are sleek and modern with an emphasis on comfort - way better than a hotel. You have privacy and room to spread out and enjoy.

They took care of all of the details, no guesswork, no dilemmas. Really nice neighborhood, really friendly people, great restaurants not too far away.

This was one of my best stays in San Francisco and I have been here many, many times over the years. I would definitely stay here again.

We could not have been more pleased with the accommodations in this exceptionally appointed home in the Noe Valley. The level of attention to every detail was astonishing. We were particularly grateful when the housekeeper volunteered to take us to and from Whole Foods to stock up on groceries and help us get settled in. We loved the location and would love to return. You can't go wrong with this property. Outstanding in every possible way.

Absolutely Perfect

What a great place… perfect for our family. Close to everything and has everything (I cook so having sharp knives and everything else I needed to prepare great meals was a pleasure.) Loved the sunny back deck and I loved how safe the neighborhood felt (San Francisco has a homeless problem, which is very sad, but happily not in this beautiful neighborhood so I felt comfortable walking to the store.) The 24th street shopping corridor is a 5 minute walk away with lots of great shops and restaurants along with a Whole Foods and an incredible farmer’s market on Saturday mornings. I want to live here!

If you're heading to San Francisco this is the place to stay! Nice, quiet, & a quick uber ride to everything. Bruce & Maria go out of their way to make your stay comfortable, & give you their cell for any questions or concerns. There is a great Italian market close by, their home made ravioli is to die for!

Learned something new about halfway through the vacation, California has a bag tax, meaning every single store you go into they charge you for each bag. So if you walk to Whole Foods, use the bags Bruce has!

Great, modern condo...

Well appointed condo in good location. A very comfortable living space with a lovely deck off the back of the apartment and access to a washer/dryer. Easy access to shops and restaurants on 24th street and a quick walk to Castro Street (if you don't mind the hills). Check-in was easy and the owner was gracious and very helpful.

Two points to note: the apartment is across the street from an elementary school. It can be a bit noisy in the morning on school days. Also, it is not clear in the pictures but the 2 bedrooms are separated by a moveable (?) wall. It is only an issue if you need a little sound privacy between the 2 rooms.

All in all a great stay!

Beautiful Appartment in a Great Neighborhood

The Castro Appartment was the perfect place to rent for myself and 2 friends for Super Bowl and my 30th Birthday weekend.

The house is close to all amenities, and only a 10-15 minute drive downtown.

The house has everything you could possibly need and more.

We will definatly stay here again on our next visit to San Fran.
