About Carol St Pierre

After living on the North Shore of Boston for most of our lives, we bought this pretty antique Rockport property during the winter of 2014 and have absolutely no regrets! We've owned our own homes and rental properties for many years and also have great experience with vacations rentals. Vacationers, several of them repeat visitors, have enjoyed our house near Loon Ski Resort in the White Mountains of New Hampshire for many, many years. We love Rockport and are excited to provide this wonderful home at great rates to Cape Ann travelers. Call anytime with questions and to see if the house will meet your needs. We are happy to discuss how your needs may vary from our minimum night schedule. I look forward to hearing from you! Carol St Pierre 978-578-1922

Love Rockport & the house

  • 5 of 5

I've stayed at many rental houses, as well as inns in Rockport. This house was in a great location, walking distance to shops, restaurants and Rockport's small in-town beaches. The owner was very helpful answering questions before I rented -- and once or twice while I was staying there. I would definitely rent here again. Because it's an old house, the stairs to the second floor were very steep, so that might not be ideal for some people. My own house is an antique so I'm used to it.

Wonderful historic house!

  • 5 of 5

This house has it all. Large, comfortable, and clean, it also has the historic charm that you want to experience in a town like Rockport. Location is perfect too, about 3 blocks walk from Bear's Neck and all of the shops and restaurants. I can't wait to come back!

Charming and beautiful home!

  • 5 of 5

We loved our stay in this charming house. It is beautifully decorated true to its period with the necessary upgrades to the bathrooms and kitchen to make it a truly enjoyable place to stay. We loved relaxing on the patio in the evenings. The home is conveniently located and provides excellent parking. We would definitely stay at this location on our next visit to Rockport. The owner, Carol was always available to respond to any questions we might have.

Quaint home in just the right location!!

  • 5 of 5

We loved our time in this home! So quaint and homey, yet updated to include internet service. The location couldn't be better.....we didn't have to worry about parking in Rockport since the house is so close to the center (with parking for 2 cars). We loved sitting on the patio in the morning, chatting and reading. We walked into town (5 minute walk) each day for lobster rolls and ice cream! It was very clean and the owners left clear instructions about the home and how to leave it when we left. We hope to rent this home again soon.

Great location, spacious

  • 5 of 5

The house is spacious and charming. There are two staircases and pretty much all the rooms connect. The kids loved the flow and there were quiet corners for those that wanted them. The location is great with easy access to shops and beaches. There is enough parking for three cars, a real plus if you have visitors, as street parking goes fast in Rockport (and is metered). We used the outdoor patio seating and grill a lot. The owners are next door and were super friendly and helpful. No onsite laundry, but the laudrymat is close by and easy to use (coin operated) and has a wonderful attendant (Robin). Everyone in this town is so friendly! We would love to return to this location next year!

We enjoyed our stay in this home in Rockport. It is well appointed and it was great to see the extended family sitting around the dining room table for breakfast each morning.
