About Carol St Pierre

After living on the North Shore of Boston for most of our lives, we started watching this pretty antique Rockport property during the winter of 2014 and were so lucky to buy it in the fall.

We've owned our own homes and rental properties for many years and also have great experience with vacations rentals! Vacationers, several of them repeat visitors, have enjoyed our house near Loon Ski Resort in the White Mountains of New Hampshire for many, many years. It is also offered on VRBO and has great reviews! We love living in Rockport and are excited to provide this wonderful home at great rates to Cape Ann travelers. Call anytime with questions and to see if the house will meet your needs. I look forward to hearing from you! Carol St Pierre 978-578-1922

Why Carol St Pierre chose North of Boston & Greater Merrimack Valley

Proximity to Rockport's attractions and waterfront are so important. Being a block away from the Cultural District on the waterfront is outstanding! Two story house with private entrances, outdoor space and off street parking add to 'must have's'. And, price . . . Excellent rates for incredible space!!

Charming and beautiful home!

  • 5 of 5

We loved our stay in this charming house. It is beautifully decorated true to its period with the necessary upgrades to the bathrooms and kitchen to make it a truly enjoyable place to stay. We loved relaxing on the patio in the evenings. The home is conveniently located and provides excellent parking. We would definitely stay at this location on our next visit to Rockport. The owner, Carol was always available to respond to any questions we might have.

Quaint home in just the right location!!

  • 5 of 5

We loved our time in this home! So quaint and homey, yet updated to include internet service. The location couldn't be better.....we didn't have to worry about parking in Rockport since the house is so close to the center (with parking for 2 cars). We loved sitting on the patio in the morning, chatting and reading. We walked into town (5 minute walk) each day for lobster rolls and ice cream! It was very clean and the owners left clear instructions about the home and how to leave it when we left. We hope to rent this home again soon.

Great location, spacious

  • 5 of 5

The house is spacious and charming. There are two staircases and pretty much all the rooms connect. The kids loved the flow and there were quiet corners for those that wanted them. The location is great with easy access to shops and beaches. There is enough parking for three cars, a real plus if you have visitors, as street parking goes fast in Rockport (and is metered). We used the outdoor patio seating and grill a lot. The owners are next door and were super friendly and helpful. No onsite laundry, but the laudrymat is close by and easy to use (coin operated) and has a wonderful attendant (Robin). Everyone in this town is so friendly! We would love to return to this location next year!

We enjoyed our stay in this home in Rockport. It is well appointed and it was great to see the extended family sitting around the dining room table for breakfast each morning.

We had a lovely girls weekend at Carol's house in rockport. From the house, we were able to walk to the beach and explore the cute shops. It worked out really well and was very relaxing.

Clean, quaint, and perfectly located

  • 5 of 5

This property was very clean and spacious for our family of seven. It is located within five minutes walk of Bearskin Neck shopping and dining district. The beach was a similar walk. The house was well kept and very clean. It had most of everything you need but could have used hand soaps and a DVD player for all the movies that were available. We loved its New England charm and hope to return again some day!

Owner's Response: Hi, Thanks for the great rating and we hope that you will come again! I appreciate the note about the hand soap, and will definitely correct that. We share DVD's and previous guests had used them on their own computers, but adding the player makes sense, so we'll probably do that. Take care, Carol
