THIS PROPERTY JUST CALLED US ONCE WE STEPPED IN, ALSO BECAUSE ITS VERY CLOSE TO OUR HOME. OUR WHOLE LIFE WE HAVE BEEN RECIDENTS OF SOUTH TEXAS, WE FELT THAT OUR LITTLE GET AWAYS WE WOULD LIKE TO BE CLOSER TO HOME.

BEACH ACCESS IS OF WALKING DISTANCE, GREAT FOR SEEING THE HOTELS AROUND AND PICTURESQUE VENUES. SHOP DOWN PADRE BLVD. GREAT FOR MEMORIES AND SOUVENIRS.

A nice beautiful property to spend your vacation

The Property is nice and located close to the Beach and safe.It has all the necessary amenities for the family of 10-12 to spend their vacation.We all enjoyed it well.No major issues.

But still few minor things to note.It doesn't have any full bathroom(only Half bathroom) or rooms in the ground floor so if any person having difficulty climbing the stairs will need to adjust.Still can manage the bath with jacuzzi at backyard but not room.so need to sleep in sofa.

The third and fourth bedroom are not separated well with locked door.So if 2 families/couples are planning each per room to stay may find it uncomfortable.

WE LOVE CASA LOLITA!

We had three families, 12 people, on vacation in South Padre at Casa Lolita. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the house was very modern/contemporary and immaculately clean. Unfortunately, the oven was not working during our stay, and is in the process of being replaced. We also had to purchase washcloths, as those were not available. Other than those two minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. The management team was extremely responsive when needed, which was much appreciated. The house is a few minutes walk from the beach; however, we ended up driving to a different beach entry (#12) in order to rent umbrellas and chairs. We definitely recommend a stay in this beautiful home, and will definitely try to rent it again, when in South Padre.

Beautiful Home, 2 minute walk to the beach!

We enjoyed our stay tremendously! Anything that we forgot to bring was there at the property for our convenience. The pictures doesn't do the house justice! We would definitely stay again and would recommend to others, which I already have. The walk to the beach was literally less than two minutes! The owner responds right away to any questions or concerns. Very happy first timer🙂

Beautiful, spacious, modern, and fully equipped beach house.

This house is awesome. 4 bedrooms and bunk beds, with room for 10. I'm sure you can accommodate more if needed in the spacious living room using an air mattress. The house was clean and smelled great when we arrived. The house comes with most essentials in the kitchen, rooms, and bathrooms. There are two balconies to lounge around on as well as a good sized backyard patio. The backyard patio has outdoor furniture, a bar, a barbecue pit, and a jacuzzi. The house has a two car garage, which can fit two full size trucks as well as a drive way which can fit four more vehicles. The location is great, just a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach access. This house was rented for a bachelor party, but can be used for any occasion. It has neutral decor, which make it an all purpose house. The owner Julian was very responsive and on point with the house and check in information. Overall my group loved the house and we recommend this house for your trip to SPI.
