Convenient 2nd floor location, 3 bedrooms, with 2 full baths. Master bedroom with king bed, and it's own bath with jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. 2nd bedroom with queen size bed, 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and twin on top. Fully equipped kitchen, and open floor plan overlooks beach and pool. All bedrooms have TVs, and DVD players. You will not feel cramped at all here.

Perfect for comfy and location! I chose this because it was 2nd floor and priced right!

This unit is perfectly located on the second floor, beach front and on the end, overlooking the pool too! it is centrally located so everything was only a short drive. The unit itself was ample as far as décor but the space was more than enough to accommodate 8 adults. Any issues we had were quickly addressed and it was re-assuring to have the actual owners on the premise. You can't beat this unit when you are looking for a comfy spot reasonably priced! Just what we asked for!

Great Condo and Excellent Service

We spent a week in this unit with a family of 9 and had absolutely no issues. We had plenty of room and never felt cramped at all. The master bedroom and bath are huge and we put two playpens in that room with us for our infants. The older kids loved the bunk beds and my mother-in-law loved the third bedroom. It was nice being on the 2nd floor as we could just hit the stairs on the way down and not have to wait for elevator all though we never had a long wait for elevator. Being a corner unit was nice as we had unobstructed views of the sunset and were able to watch kids in pool. We were a little worried about noise from the pool but they did an amazing job soundproofing these condos as we very rarely heard any street noise or pool noise. The balcony was great with plenty of room and seating for whole family. The kitchen was well stocked and has nice large fridge that made ice great and kept items very cold. The seating in the living room is very comfortable as was the sleeper sofa for kids. The complimentary beach service was very nice and saves $180 a week. They had ours set up each day and the people running it do not allow others to use your set up as they watch this very closely and run off people trying to use it. The only thing we did not like was having to park across the street with six children as we go out to eat a lot. We never had issues crossing the street but it is a very busy street at night. I would like to compliment Darrell on all he did to make sure our stay was perfect. I loved the fact that he is on site and was there as we checked in and checked out. He literally got a cart and helped us unload and load our vehicle...service does not get any better than what you get here at this unit! Any time we had a question about something or just where to eat he responded immediately. I would recommend this unit without any reservations for anybody looking to rent it. Thanks for a great week!

Awesome Family Vacation

Just returned from a week in this wonderful lower floor, corner unit condo. 3 generations shared this awesome condo. It is spacious, comfortable and clean. I especially love the full size washer and dryer, large pantry, closets and bathrooms. Comfortable beds and living room furniture. Best thing was a complementary beach setup, all ready for us in the morning. Owner was professional and responded quickly to all correspondence. Only think we did not love was the parking situation. Would definitely recommend and return. Truly top notch experience.
