We have 3 little kids and we try very hard to keep the noise down but kids can be noisy. We realize our guests are on vacation and want to have fun! We just ask for respect on noise levels and quiet hours of the night. Rental License: RHL2014-00437

Great little place to stay
It's a neat, third floor built-out attic. Spacious and light, with everything you need to stay for a few days. It's got some tight, outdoor stairs to get up there, so if you're mobility impaired or have a lot of luggage to haul, then maybe this is not for you. If you're well on your feet and don't care one way or the other about stairs, then this is a great place to stay!
Clean, comfortable and quiet...
We had a lovely stay at Jen's apartment in Boulder. The apartment is small but quite comfortable and very quiet. Keep in mind that the kitchen space is very minimal so cooking is a bit tricky. We made it work by keeping things simple. It's a short walk to Pearl street and we enjoyed easy access to yoga, restaurants, grocery stores, and hiking. The bikes were a bonus and lots of fun to use. We also appreciated all the hiking maps at our disposal. Jen was easy to communicate with and very helpful.
The apt. was very nice and convient to downtown Boulder. The hosts were helpful as well.
Cute, comfortable, convenient
Staying in this gorgeous third floor apartment was a dream. The decor is gorgeous. It is so close to Pearl street and a close drive to anything else you could want in Boulder. Our hosts were incredibly gracious and willing to answer any questions we had. Overall it was the perfect location for a Boulder getaway. We will definitely be considering this location for future weekend trips.
Great Location in Central Boulder
We stayed here on one of Boulder's best streets for 11 nights in early October. The space is the top floor of a Victorian house, and as such it was very private. It is not large but is fine for two people, there are windows and natural light from all sides, and the space is architecturally interesting since it is under the roof eaves. Jen and Will were very accommodating and went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one. There were several issues while we were there but they were very responsive and did their best to solve the problems. The location is such that you can walk nearly everywhere, including the Pearl Street Mall. We would recommend this unit to anyone wishing to be in the center of Boulder and close to everything.
The upstairs apartment was a perfect get away spot for the weekend. SUPER easy to get downtown from, especially on the bikes they have for you to use.
