This 3-story home is designed with decks on every level providing stunning ocean and AC skyline views. There are bedrooms on the second and third floors while the 1st floor open floor plan is perfect for gathering, relaxing and dining. The layout is ideal for large families or for two families vacationing together.
The third floor offers a huge master suite with king bed and sitting area and 8' oversize Anderson slider doors. It has a vaulted ceiling with dual skylights and a private deck with lounge chairs and wonderful ocean views. The master suite offers a spacious closet and a tiled master bath with jacuzzi tub, double sinks and tiled shower.
The 2nd floor oceanside bedroom is decorated in a contemporary beach style and has a queen bed. It features a private deck with two Adirondack chairs and 2 person swing. It has it's own private bath with tub/shower combination. The 3rd bedroom faces the west toward the bay and includes 2 twin beds, and a private bath with shower/tub combination.
The 1st floor greets you with a huge 22' X 16' living room with gas fireplace. Relax in comfort on the new queen sleeper sofa with matching love seat while you enjoy your favorite movie on the 40' Sony LCD TV with DVD player. One vanity half bathroom is located off the living room. The 1st floor also features an 8' oversize Anderson sliding doors opening onto a large covered deck off the living room which is perfect for outdoor dining. Follow the light oak hardwood floors which are throughout the living room into the state of the art gourmet kitchen featuring top of the line stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and maple cabinets. The kitchen is fully stocked with premium range/oven, cookware and dishware as well as a blender, toaster and dual basin stainless sink. The dining room features a wine fridge and a large dining table with comfortable seating for 6-8. The laundry room with washer and dryer is also on the 1st floor.

We first discovered Brigantine in 1997 by accident, but quickly realized it was 'the best kept secret on the Jersey Shore'. The prices were reasonable, and the small town 'Mayberry' feel was a very big draw for a family from the congested Northern NJ suburbs. We initially purchased a small condo on the northern portion of the island, but soon realized that the Greenheads (big flys) made visits to the beach very uncomfortable. We sold and relocated to the southern half of Brigantine where the Greenhead (Flies) swarms did not exist.

Having first owned the condo, we realized that privacy was at a premium, plus all the open space was common area for the entire homeowners association, and restricted. My wife and I both felt it important that we had space of our own so the kids could play and the location on a dead end street made it ideal for our young children who wanted to ride bikes and play ball. However, the AWESOME ocean views from the 3rd floor was the deciding factor in our decision.
Besides the magnificent ocean views, the house is a contemporary design and what you would expect for a Shore home. Hardwood laminate floors in the living room, granite kitchen, and tastefully decorated bedrooms will make any family feel comfortable during their stay. Large unobstructed decks facing the ocean are ideal for mentally decompressing and slowing down.
This property manager will not return your stuff. I'm missing an iPad pro keyboard, a diaper genre and designer hangers... Valued at $350. All kept from me while I was in the hospital delivering a baby.
When you view the pictures here, this "luxury" getaway rental looks beachy cozy and like the ideal spot for a getaway. But our nightmare began when we opened the rusted door and was assaulted by febreze over mold smells enough to knock you over. The nautical-inspired couches were ripped, dirty and disgusting and the fans and many lights were not working. Upon climbing the blackened and stained carpets taking you upstairs, and removing the "quilts" off the beds to put on our fresh sheets, we were totally disgusted by the mattress covers complete with black mold and hairs! Oceanfront views were barely visible from the top floor. Upon contacting the owner, telling him my husband's throat was closing up due to the overwhelming mold, he offered to send the cleaning crew back the next day to "clean" the carpets, which, in reality, were beyond cleaning...they should have been replaced seasons ago! We went outside to sit for air on the more than weathered furniture and peeling chairs and decided we could not stay. He refused to return any of our already paid in full money...completely ruining our vacation plans with our kids and grand kids. Run, don't walk away from this totally misrepresented property!
Great Oceanfront location!! Close to restaurants, shops and miniature golf. Best feature was the 3rd FL Master BR/deck which was all windows with spectacular views of AC and the ocean. This was a great home to enjoy the Jersey Shore with, friends, and family. Ken (the owner) was phenomenal and very accommodating to work with, he included beach tags, chairs and umbrellas, so less for us to pack. Will definitely stay again and would recommend to others.
Walk to miniature golf and old fashion Aunt B's Ice Cream parlor and Hoopers seafood restaurant. Listen to the sound of the surf from your bedrooms. Spectacular sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean, and the glow of AC casino skyline at night. Quick 10 minute drive over the bridge to Borgata/Golden Nugget/Harrahs. Try Pirates Den across from Seawall for great breakfasts. Beach access available by walking thru backyard to 40th Street path, approx. 7-8 minute walk.
