Sunset Beach #304, FAMILIES ONLY Condo, is professionally decorated, modern, gorgeous unit located on 46th street, centrally located, one block to the beach, restaurants and more. The building features a roof top pool for your use and two designated covered parking places, labeled with unit number for your convenience.

This unit is Bay-front with everything you need to have a relaxing vacation. It boosts a lovely balcony to enjoy the sunsets, stainless steel appliances, a large family room with wireless internet, a 46' inch television, stereo system, dvd and comfy furniture.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, private bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower, also a walk-in closet. The additional bedrooms also have flat screen TVs and DVD players.

Impressive Luxury Condo

This is a luxury condo unit with nice architectural detail, open space and lots of windows. The Sunsets were truly amazing! We found the unit to be very clean and as advertised. If anything, it was larger than we thought, which allowed us to gather in the open space, but retreat to private bedrooms. The beds were comfy and the linens were provided as indicated. The property owner provided clear instructions and timely responses. We will be coming back to stay there again next year! I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a higher end unit in Ocean City.

Beautiful condo with a fantastic view overlooking the bay. I loved that everything was provided including bath towels and sheets. Very comfortable bed in master bedroom. The bunks and the bed in the back bedroom were not so comfy. Didn't use the pull out sofa. Cleaning crew missed a few things but all in all it was clean enough. Short walk to the ocean and there is a small private beach on the bay. Small pool on the roof was nice. Contacted the owner for the wifi password and received a prompt reply. The condo next door had some loud parties on the weekend nights that kept us awake. During the week it was pretty peaceful though. I would stay here again.

Really nice condo

Mom, kids (6, 8 and 10), college age teenager and Grandma all really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It is spacious, clean, and perfect for our needs. Balcony and bay views were wonderful. The kids were in love with the pool at the top of the building--eclipsing the beach! The owner, Craig, was quite responsive to our inquiries. There were a few important (to us) issues: instructions, owner notes, and general information about the condo and area were missing from the binders, including the wifi code. We found the code but had to refresh the wifi several times. We could not get the family room tv to work. Some basic supplies (toilet paper, trash bags) were missing, necessitating a fast visit to a convenience store. Even with these issues, I have to give the condo 5 stars. Loved our vacation in Ocean City. (We also discovered Assateague. Wow!) We would definitely visit here again!

Beautiful place!

The only caution I would pass on is: bring your own essentials. Bathroom tissues, soap, paper towels etc. were was no welcome package as described by owner. Also know that the lock box is not on the door but a nearby railing. other than that, AWESOME place!! Gorgeous views, loved the jacuzzi tub, beautiful condo! Parking is limited, so be aware of that. 2 places only and we could find no guest spots. Bay view spectacular sunsets, and a walk across the street, one block to the ocean beach.

Renter be careful

The sunsets were beautiful. The unit was clean.


1) Once the payments were made, the owner never replied to further emails.

Had to call Customer Service to obtain his cell number.

2) Payments were required 7-1/2 weeks before the vacation time. A bit much.

3) Upon arrival, we were locked out of the unit. The door keypad did not work.

We called the owner 4 different times, texted and emailed. No response. We researched and telephoned the condo association who gave us the lockbox combination. We also researched and called the owner’s business, talked to a dispatcher who contacted the owner who then called.

4) Also called Home Away who stated there was nothing they could do to help us except they would try to contact the owner. They told us to rent a hotel room and try the owner the next day.

5) The unit was advertised as a “luxury rental”, a somewhat misleading nomenclature.

6) No welcome hospitality package as advertised.

7) Flimsy, faux Adirondack chairs on deck. One was already cracked. The other suddenly broke when my son was sitting in it. He scraped his arm, hurt his neck, but luckily did not hit his head on the concrete floor.

8) Three lamps did not work, even with new bulbs. Not good for the two darker back bedrooms.

9) Two door handles – one to the back bathroom, and a hall closet – fell off. Got locked in the bathroom.

10) Back bedroom door refused to stay open.

11) No comforter or pillows in rear bedroom as shown in online photos.

12) Two missing wall sconce covers in hallway. Annoying fluorescent lights to always look at.

13) Three large brown stains on one of the comforters.

Owner's Response: Its very unfortunate that a renter feels the need to write a review such as this to conceal their abuse and neglect of our home. The issues listed are a direct result of the conduct and wrongdoing that occurred while renting our home. Our cleaning crew has made notation via photographs, 15 of them (that we wish we could post), of the abuse. Hours worth of extra cleanup and repair will be required. It is very disappointing that people can not have the same respect they have for their own homes when renting. The renter emailed twice on July 27th and once on July 28th.... I responded on the 29th as I was traveling on those dates and that was my first opportunity. The keypad batteries died for the door, unknowingly to me. After seeing the calls from the renter I promptly called back (within the hour of the calls) and gave them the lockbox code for our spare key.

Sunset beach condo

My sisters and I along with our families stayed here , our vacation was perfect . We rented two condos at sunset beach . This is our 7th year renting at sunset beach .

Highly recommend this unit, clean , spacious and great view, it's one of our favorites.
