This condo will give you unobstructed, breathtaking views, overlooking the seven mile long barrier island, sugar white sand of St. Pete beach. Condo 503 offers beachfront, not just in a condo in a beachfront building where you look between buildings from the balcony to the beach. You will have not only the direct Gulf beachfront and sunset view but because the balcony wraps around the corner, you also have a view all the way North along the beach as well. Unit 503 is considered by many the prime location in the building being on the top floor, and offering you more privacy on the balconies. You could be watching and taking pictures of the dolphins playing in the Gulf of Mexico from one of my two private balconies in my private corner of paradise. My condo, which is also a home away from home, for me, has had major renovations to kitchen, living room and bedrooms.

Travel Channel just named St Petersburg One of the World's Most Underrated Destinations, with the following description.

In response to concerns raised by a recent tragedy of a family in a rental property in Mexico, I want to assure you my condo is all electric and therefore does not need a carbon monoxide detector. It does have fire and smoke alarms as well as I keep an up to date fire extinguisher under the sink in the kitchen.

Another benefit of the corner location of Condo 503 is the additional living room windows from which to enjoy the many views of the surf and all along the North end of the beach. The extra windows also provide more natural light in the not only to the living room but also for the kitchen and eating areas. I had a screen added to the patio door to give you an opportunity to turn the air conditioner off and enjoy the wonderful tropical breezes. This option also gives you a chance to enjoy the sounds of the waves.

This corner condo provides you a second private balcony for you to enjoy. Unlike the majority of the condos in the building my condo has the laundry and air conditioner closets in the hallway instead of either the guest bedroom or within the living room/dining area providing my guests with a quieter stay and more options of time to do laundry.

If you have usually stayed in hotels, compare not only the prices but the quality, space, and convenience of having a full kitchen for either simple or full course meal preparation> You will not only have free parking, but you have the reserved parking space I purchased directly next to the elevator. My condo itself is far enough from the elevator to not be bothered by elevator noise throughout the day and night.

I take great pride in the cleanliness of my condo. Besides having the painting of the entire condo and professional cleaning of all of the tile, the new renovations includes new upgraded kitchen appliances, a double sink and with a granite countertop as well as a tiled floor in the master bedroom. Custom built in cabinetry was added to the two bedrooms as well as a desk area in the living room. New light fixtures were installed in both bedrooms and safety bars were installed in both bathroom tub/showers. A larger TV was installed in the guest bedroom. The living room sofa and chairs were replaced as well as mattresses and two of the televisions. I am constantly updating and having everything professionally cleaned. I make a point of staying in my condo every few months to evaluate everything and make certain it is up to the standards I expect. My last stay was January 2018.

This building also happens to be the newest beach-side building designed specifically for condos on St. Pete Beach. Unlike many condos along the beach that were motel or hotel rooms that have been converted to condos, this building was designed for condos.

Staying in my condo with a fully equipped kitchen gives you options for meal preparation plus the option of using one of the building's outdoor grills. It is such a relief not to have to go out for every meal and yet if you choose, you will find a wide variety of restaurants within walking distance.

My condo is within walking distance of a large major grocery store, two drugstores, as well as a variety of restaurants and a variety of shopping. You could easily stay here and not rent a car. You could use

Please note my condo rents for a minimum of one week and a maximum of 2 weeks. It rents Saturday to Saturday only with some exceptions thought the year. I rent to a maximum of 4 persons no matter the age, per stay.

I recently replaced all of the balcony chairs. Each balcony is furnished with two chairs, and a side table. The living room balcony has a lounge chair and the balcony is large enough to move the furniture from the second balcony if you need additional seating on the living room balcony. There is a small eating table on each balcony.

The condo has two cordless telephones. There is also a messaging machine so you will not miss any incoming calls while you are out.

Having a washer and dryer is in the condo means you do not have to pack as many clothes or go anywhere else to do your laundry or pay for the use of my washer and dryer. An advantage to my floor plan is my washer and dryer are in a closet in the hallway, and not in the guest room, so running it should not disturb anyone. It can be done while you are at the beach :-) There is an ironing board and iron are in a separate closet in the hallway.

I installed a door for privacy on the guest bedroom which was designed to be just an open room. Many of the condos in the building do not have that door.

There are three HD televisions in the condo with even 3 HBO channels offered on two of the televisions.

One of the big advantages of my vacation home is I purchased reserved parking space, #7, which is not only beneath the building, but directly adjacent to the elevator for convenience.

The condominium association provides free internet access and service throughout your stay.

An on-site office is open daily, with some exceptions, to pick up your key and address any questions or concerns you might have during your stay. Arrangements for keys for late arrivals can be made allowing you to pick up the keys from a lock box on the property.

In another room in the onsite office is a large selection of reading material and games that you may borrow during your stay.

At the pool, there is a large container of beach toys that children may use during their stay.

Beach towels are available in the onsite office. They will require a deposit that is returned when you return the beach towels at the end of your stay.

About Linda Sandvoss Spargur

I purchased this condo after having spent many vacations on various beaches on both coast of the United States. I knew I wanted strictly a beachfront condo where I could sit on the balcony in the morning with a cup of coffee and enjoy watching the dolphins. In the evening I wanted to be able to sit on my balcony with a glass of wine and enjoy the sunsets overlooking the beach. I also wanted to make sure that no one would ever be able to block my beachfront view. No matter what the weather is, there is something about overlooking the water that soothes my soul.

Why Linda Sandvoss Spargur chose Belle Vista

This particular condo was the view I could only have dreamed of ever having. You cannot see my balconies from any other condo in the building and I was also impressed that this condo does not have a window to an outside hallway. The privacy advantages were important to me.

The building is centrally located which means I can take a shuttle from the airport and not even bother having a car or if I have a car it is an easy drive to and from the airport with a parking space that I purchased right next to the elevator. There is also a trolley on St. Pete Beach that you can pick up at various stops along Gulf Blvd and goes as far north as Clearwater and the beautiful and exciting city of St Petersburg.

My beachfront condo, #503, is directly on St. Pete Beach and since I love walking, this beach provides me a long uninterrupted distance on a wide firm sand beach. St Pete Beach met that criteria with its 7 mile sandy white, wide beach. I also wanted to be able to walk along the beach to somewhere for breakfast or an afternoon beer. It was important that it was a beach that was good for swimming and had water sports available as well as shopping and grocery within walking distance.

Another criteria was to be away from the main public access to the beach so the beachfront would not be crowded and in a smaller building so there aren't long waits at the elevator.

I also looked for an area that met my desire to be close to sporting and cultural events as well as a variety of shopping and restaurants of all kinds because I knew this would be a vacation home as well as a beach get-away. The location of this condo meets all of my criteria. With downtown St Petersburg, that was named in 2018 as one of the prettiest cities in the South by Southern Living, just 20 minutes from the condo and Tampa about 35 minutes, this location provides everything I wanted in a home away from home.

What makes this condo unique

The advantages of staying in my beachfront condo vs. staying in a beachfront hotel room or a condo with just a view of the beach are numerous.

When you rent my condo directly through me you will not be charged a resort fee or a non refundable damage waiver fee and you will have a reserved parking space under the building directly next to the elevator at no extra charge.

The guest bedroom has a privacy door, which not all of the condos in the building have, and my washer and dryer are not in the guest bedroom, as many in the building are, but in the hallway near the kitchen. My condo also does not have a window to an outside hallway which provides extra privacy. Being on an end unit means extra windows and more natural light throughout the condo.

The views are breathtaking and because this is not a large hotel you will not be crowded on the beach in front of the condo. Of course you never have to leave the condo to watch the dolphins or the sunset.

I still pinch myself every time I walk to the balcony and realize this truly is my corner of paradise.

In recent years a reputable travel company designated St. Pete Beach, Florida, as Top Beach Destination in the U.S. with seven miles of sugar white sand.

I recently updated the kitchen and now my guests have additional storage in the kitchen as with the two new custom built bedroom storage and closet areas as well as a desk area in the living room. I installed safety bars in both bathrooms

In addition to all of the other benefits, this is truly my vacation home and therefore I am constantly making improvements that I enjoy as well as my guests.

The second bathroom is adjacent to the guest room. The guest bedroom , which has french doors, opens onto the second private balcony with a view along the North shoreline and across to the inter-coastal waters. The closet for the guest room is in the hallway although there is a small hanging rack in the guest bedroom and a dresser. There is a pull out queen sofa in the living room and an available room divider that can be used for privacy when using the sofa as a bed.

I own a reserved parking space that is reserved for my guests that is under the building, next to the elevator. I believe this condo is comfortable with either two adults plus 2 children or four adults. During 2014 the living room and bedroom televisions with new flat screen were purchased as well as two new telephones and new balcony furniture. I replaced the queen mattress and box springs, the bedroom carpeting and have personally added many amenities that will make this feel more like a vacation home, than just a rental condo. I have added a screen to the sliding balcony door so you can enjoy the sea breeze and the sound of the waves....once you turn the air conditioner off.

Owner's Response: Dear Guest, Thank you for your nice review of my condo. One of the things that drew me to the location was I can actually stay there without a car. Everything I need is basically within walking distance, including groceries, a bank, major chain drugstore and a large variety of restaurants from a four star restaurant to several beach bar restaurants. If I do need transportation there is a Trolley system and taxi service as well as Uber. Often times I am there and don't move the cars for days at a time. I hope you will want to return in the future for another relaxing vacation. Sincerely Linda

Happiness is a clean, well-maintained condo on the beach! Friendly and helpful owner whose love for the condo is obvious. She listens to her guests’ comments and is constantly updating her unit for the comfort and enjoyment of her guests. I love the new built-in storage/cabinetry units in the bedrooms. Enjoy a relaxing beach view from the balcony. Perfect for watching the sunsets. On-site covered parking space is provided with condo. Management staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!!

Owner's Response: Thank you for your nice comments about my condo. I am glad to know you appreciate the updates. The next ones will be new bathrooms scheduled for fall of 2018. The master bathroom will have a walk in shower and the guest bathroom will have an upgraded tub and both will have additional storage and upgraded lighting. The built in storage I put in both bedrooms provides more storage for my guests. I was fortunate to be able to purchase the reserved parking space under the building and directly next to the elevator. I will pass your compliment about the staff on to them. St. Pete Beach was so popular that it even took fifth place (out of 181) in rankings for beaches worldwide.

Forbes Travel recently highlighted the city of St. Petersburg, which is only 20 minutes from the beach, as the top Unexpected Travel Destinations this summer, and advises readers to skip Miami and try St. Pete instead. The article highlights the city's craft beer scene, on par with other craft beer destinations like Portland, as well as our arts scene and the proximity to beautiful beaches. Check it out....I promise you won't be disappointed and it is well worth an evening of exploring the numerous restaurants, shops and great views of the bay.

My condo is conveniently located within walking distance of Dolphin shopping center with a variety of shops, a drugstore and Publix grocery store. Also you will find a wide variety of restaurants within walking distance.

I have often stayed in this condo without a car. The Suncoast Trolley system runs from St. Pete Beach north as far North as Clearwater. There is also a stop at St John's Village. Uber is also available.

Other Activities: Dolphin watching, para sailing, deep sea fishing, skim boats and stand up paddle boards.

Rentals are available Saturday to Saturday. only. A one week minimum stay is required.
The maximum number of guests per stay is 4 persons. Anyone renting the condo for more than two weeks must pay a 30% deposit with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
Children must be accompanied by one adult at least 25 years old. Families are welcome.
Free reserved parking space under the building and next to the elevator.
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation policy. If you need to cancel prior to the 40 days prior to arrival, there will be a $55. fee for cancelling with the remainder of the deposit refunded. Cancel from 39 days prior to arrival up to 7 days before check in and get a 50% refund (minus service fees). Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
