Brand New Two Unit Townhome, 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, Sleeps 8, With Hot Tub

This brand new townhome was completed in May 2015. The unit is newly furnished with three bedrooms, two with a queen bed and one with a king, a pull out queen sofa sleeper in the family room and two full bathrooms. There are two flatscreen televisions, satellite TV, DVD, Wii, and plenty of board games to keep your family busy. The kitchen is stocked with oil, flour, sugar, spices and everything you will need to cook gourmet meals. We are located close to shopping, restaurants, trails, lakes, minutes from the downtown area and world famous hot springs, and about 30 minutes to Wolf Creek ski and snowboard area. After a hard day of playing in the acres of forest in the San Juan Mountains, relax in the six person hot tub located on the back patio available from 7am-10pm. This hot tub is shared between the two units. Relax in the hammock or chairs located all around the property. Play catch or tag in the big back yard or grill out and enjoy dinner around the patio table. All of our guests receive fresh fruit, coffee and tea service, and a loaf of homemade banana bread. Owners are located close by and available to answer any questions, direct you to great spots, or recommend local specialties. One unit is perfect for a family up to 8, or rent both sides for a large group or family reunion VRBO#830625, or if your group is even bigger we have another one bath unit for rent right next door VRBO#599032. If you don't see the dates you need give me a call or email for options. Please remember all of our units are non-smoking and pets are not allowed in any of our units. We require a four night stay over major holidays.

About April and Tor Hessman

Our family moved to Pagosa Springs from the front range (eastern slope) of Colorado in 2004 after spending most vacations in Pagosa Springs. We always knew we would eventually move to Pagosa and were so glad when the dream came true. Tor is teacher who finished his master of science degree in construction management in 2014 and April has worked for the Town of Pagosa Springs since 2006, currently as the Town Clerk.

Pagosa Springs is a very unique hidden gem. The world famous hot springs have healing powers, the fresh, clean air, and the spectacular majestic mountains make Pagosa a great place to getaway. Tor and April designed and built this two unit townhome in 2015. You can rent just one unit for a family of 8 or rent both sides and bring the extended family and friends. We live just next door and do all we can to make sure your experience is outstanding. April bakes fresh homemade banana for every guest and special care is taken to ensure we give you everything you could possibly need. We try to stock the house with items we would want when we are traveling. So no detail has been overlooked. And if you find something missing, let us know and we will take care of it.

Perfect size, near trails and grocery store.

Great layout! The master bedroom is on the main floor, two bedrooms and a loft upstairs, giving older kids their personal space. The hot tub is a plus in the evening. According to my 10 year old the back yard is big enough for 8-12 cartwheels.
