It was a very nice property, really enjoyed the deck

Lori was such an easy person to work with and helped me every step of the way. Spacious inside and beautiful deck area where we grilled and played games. Would definitely recommend this cottage to someone looking for a romantic retreat.

Excellent location!

  • 4 of 5

This gem is in a great location for a beach get away! Short walk down to a quiet neighborhood beach that even allows bonfires at night! The house is stocked with plenty of blankets and towels, beach rafts, and everything you need to cook a nice meal.

Water damage mildew

  • 2 of 5

The beach was great and Lexington is a nice town. But the cottage has water damage at the sliding door and side cabinet. The mildew smell was awful and since it was very hot we could not keep the windows open. The kitchen and first floor bath are very nice. Loved the area but will not be returning to this cottage.

Owner's Response: There is some VERY slight water damage at the doorwall, but there is absolutely no mildew and no smell. We've stayed and we've had many, many guests and this is the very first complaint. Also, this guest did not indicate any problem with me during his/her stay as we would have remedied the situation.
