This very private property is situated along a long ocean front boulevard with a ~2 km walk towards the harbor area and direct access to the center of Kralendyk with plentiful excellent restaurants along this scenic walk.
It is however far enough from the center that it is very quiet and private.
Swim, snorkel or scuba dive directly in front of the condominium in the crystal clear carribean waters or in the communal pool in front of the condominium

The Condominium is accessible by elevator or two flights of stairs and is situated on the top floor. It has a modern very nice open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area with views directly out over the whole length of the harbor, to sea, and over the bay.
All kitchen utensils and amenities, are present including a dishwasher and a pantry with a washing machine. There is wifi internet access free of charge and a nice TV available in the lounge.
There are two very nice bedrooms with two double beds. (can be separated into single beds if needed) sleeping a total of 4. Both bedrooms have luxury en suite bathrooms and are fully air-conditioned.
Bonaire is great for swimming, hiking, and cycling, with outstanding windsurfing at Lac Bay, just show up they have all the equipment you would need.
Of course SCUBA diving is second to none on Bonaire and can be done in front of the property. Conveniently Dive Friends Bonaire @YellowSubmarine is just 200 yards along the boulevard from the apartment at Kaya Playa Lechi #24.
The condominium complex is surrounded by a fenced in garden, very nicely maintained, with private parking for cars as well as storage and hanging and rinsing facilities for diving equipment as well as a place to store rented bicycles. (The front door key provides access to these facilities for guests)
(Diving, bike and scooter rental is conveniently available within 200 meters at diving and bike rental centers right on the beachfront)
The whole condominium complex was built in 2008 and has just been freshly repainted and is looking like new, with very nice tropically landscaped gardens.
Step outside the front gate and across the boulevard and you can step directly into the Caribbean. You will greatly enjoy your stay at this great location and wonderful island.
Weekly Rental rates:
High Season (Dec 15-Apr 15)
1-2 guests $1350 per week ($192 per day)
1-2 guests $1250 per week ($178 per day)
$18.00 per person per day for a 3rd and for a 4th guest each
Please add: 15% service charge to the total rental amount.
Tourist Tax is Charged at
US$ 5.00 tourist tax per person per night ( for all guests 12 years and older)
