Marina Place 311 is a classic, comfortable first floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath end unit that sleeps 8. Located in the heart of Dillon. Great for kids and friends. Walk to restaurants, brewpub, parks, playgrounds, Dillon Marina and Tiki Bar and Dillon Amphitheater for free Friday and Saturday night summer concerts. Near Summit Stage free shuttle stop and on the Summit County Rec/Bike Path which connects all towns and resorts. Lioving room has flatscreen and media player plus a cozy wood fireplace. Free WiFi and cable. Deck with gas grill and patio seating for 4. Dining room seats 6, kitchen bar seats 2. Two car tandem covered parking. Master suite has king bed, private bath, flatscreen, and deck entry. Guest bedroom has queen bed, twin bunk bed and quality floor mattress which pulls out from the bunk. Great vacation on the lake!

Great experience overall- the unit was perfect for our family with three kids . I was expecting a unit on the ground floor where we could store our kayaks outside by the patio . Although it's on the first floor, the parking is underneath so this was not the case, we had to store and haul our kayaks this created a little more inconvenience than I was originally expecting . Great location to everything in Dillon . The pool and spas were quite cool so although the kids still went in them it would've been nice if they were warm. Loved having the grill on the patio!

worth the stay

Great place and location. Beds are very comfortable. Clean and cozy. Well priced. However, the walls were pretty thin. We could hear people next door talking and upstairs walking around. But, bring a white noise machine, and you should be fine!

Great Property

We had a group of friends spend the Easter weekend in this property and everyone commented how much they loved it. The space was good for 8 adults, the Kitchen was in good shape, and we enjoyed using the grill for one of our dinners. Location was easy walking distance to Pug Ryan's Brew Pub/Grill.

The only complaint we had was that for 8 adults (with ski gear, etc.), 2 parking spaces weren't enough. We didn't have a problem finding additional parking, but I could see that being a potential issue in the heart of ski season. Also, the grill needs repair - it works fine, but the ignition system isn't functioning correctly, so we had to use a stick to light the burners (not a complaint, just an observation).
