Having lived abroad in Shanghai, China, and toured Europe, Southeast Asia, and some of Eastern Europe, I know that guests like to feel the can get away from it all, and yet be a little pampered as they travel - whether for business or pleasure.
Diane Butler purchased this condo in 2014
This is our Prescott Getaway Suite. It is perfectly situated to allow guests to enjoy what Seattle has to offer -- sports, music, coffee, technology, art, business -- and then come home at the end of the day to relax in style.
We think you will enjoy our carefully selected furnishings and the easy access in and out, along with specialized concierge services if you so desire an added touch of personal attention.
Diane was so accommodating, she quickly responded to text, and was so patient when the airline lost our luggage and we had to delay our meeting time with her. Diane left a bottle of Bubbly in the fridge, since we were celebrating my girlfriend's birthday.
It was a VERY cold weekend but the heating system kept the Condo at a nice warm temperature for us. The noise level from other tenants was very low. The Condo was well lit with great window placement and plenty of indoor lighting. We hosted a small dinner party and our guest loved the layout of the kitchen and it was very easy to cook in. The Condo has just enough kitchenware to accommodate for a nice dinner. The beds were super comfy and warm.
The location is perfect! Great restaurants within walking distance. As well as the Convention Center and Starbucks Reserve Tasting Room (a must visit, in my opinion). We used Uber a lot and had no problems with drivers finding the location.
I would definitely recommend this place to you, my family and friends.
The location was perfect for our family. Condo is quiet, beautifully appointed down to the last detail. Thank you Diane!
I brought the family here for a short stay in Seattle after visiting Grandma for Christmas. The condominium is exceptional -- decorated nicely, upscale amenities compared to other Home Away rentals we've used, and well maintained. Checking in was simple as Diane met us at the door, checking out too as we just closed the door. An extremely nice touch was the welcome basket on arrival. Security deposit was refunded quickly. Good location next to convention center -- easy walking to all of the downtown sites, shopping, restaurants, and rail station to airport. Definitely recommended, and we will stay here again.
This rental was perfect for our 3 night stay. Very close to everything, half a mile from Pike Place Market! The living area and kitchen were very nice, and the bedroom was comfortable. We felt safe and secure in the building, definitely felt like a local! I really liked staying in this neighborhood because we could walk to the popular areas, or easily take a car for further destinations. Quiet, peaceful, private. I wish we had a view since we've never been to Seattle, but it was comfortable and perfect for out stay. Diane met us at check in and was very sweet and helpful. Would definitely recommend!
My husband and I stayed here for a quick weekend getaway. It's located in a great location close to everything in downtown. You could walk most places :) and it was very cozy, cute and clean!
We completely enjoyed our stay at this condo right across the street from the convention center. Downtown shopping, Pikes Market, and good restaurants are all within walking distance. The condo is well appointed and the owner is very helpful and responsive. Was especially pleased that the condo had a parking spot.
