This house will fit 6-8 comfortably. It is a two story home with 3 bedrooms, Master Bed room includes a 40' HD TV, 2 full baths, laundry room with washer and dryer, and a large loft area upstairs with a 60' HD TV. Downstairs includes an office, large living room with 60' HD TV, 1/2 bath, spacious kitchen with a convection stove top, oven, refrigerator and microwave. The entire interior has new paint. Back yard has a five burner propane grill and a wood burning fireplace. Free WIFI included as well as a newly installed water softener. This house is a great rental to catch a Spring Training game, a golf week, or a family vacation! It is located within 3 miles of University of Phoenix stadium, Westgate, and Tanger Outlets. There is everything you need within a short distance of this property, grocery stores, Walgreens and CVS, restaurants, bars, food delivery serves, etc.

The property is absolutely beautiful!!!

We stayed for 3 days during the Fiesta Classic Volleyball Tournament. The property is only 8 minutes away from the UOP Stadium. That was not the only up side of our stay. Aside from the home being absolutely breathtaking, the owner (Mark) was so hospitable. He took great care of all of us. I strongly recommend staying here if you plan on being in the Glendale area! It's right across the street from the Dodger spring training facility!!! We LOVED our stay!!!

Clean, Spacious Property

The house is great for a short term visit. We were down for the final four and the house was close enough to the stadium for us. We knew from previous reviews that there was some traffic noise, but it didn't bother us. The kitchen was set great cooking with pots and pans, etc. We would stay again.

Great place for spring training

The only negative is the traffic noise. I would suggest ear plugs. Everything else was first rate. I would definitely stay there again.

Very enjoyable stay. Lovely house and neighborhood.

Our party of 8 people enjoyed our stay. The house was very well equipped in kitchen from pots and pans to dishes including basic staples and plenty of linen. However, there were not enough seating at kitchen table for all us at meals.

Also, it would have been nice to have a few more chairs or seating available for outside seating.

Location was great for anyone wanting to see some ballgame practices, easy walking distance to ball park.

Traffic noise from back yard was loud during peak traffic times and was noticeable while setting in back yard and bedrooms on that side of house.

Mark was great to work with before our stay and while we were there.

Very clean property

This property was very clean throughout. The bathrooms were nicely appointed. The owner showed concern about the quality of one's stay. I appreciated that the owner left bottled water in the fridge. There is no DVD player at this property so bring along an Apple TV. This house is located a few miles from the Wigwam golf resort and across from the spring training facility, as other reviews stated. The beds were comfortable. The reason I didn't give this property five stars is due to its location on Camelback Rd. The house backs up to this very busy road that has 4-5 lanes of traffic at all hours of the day and night. If you're used to traffic noise, it may not bother you. Otherwise, take along good earplugs as the two king bedrooms have windows facing the busy road. Overall, it was a well appointed property and the owner was available for any concerns.

Great for Spring Training

Super clean home, comfy beds and bedding, kitchen ready for cooking. The owner, Mark, was very communicative and stocked the fridge with bottled waters like a true gentleman. It's a short walk across the street to Camelback Ranch. Perfect place for a big family or group of friends to stay for Spring Training.
