Unit 2103 is a completely renovated, first floor unit with everything you need to enjoy it like home. A King size bed awaits you in the Master bedroom with 2 twins in the guest room for the kids. All rooms have nice flat screen TVs, the kitchen has all the utensils for cooking and the couch pulls out into a sofa. The beach decor makes you feel like you are on vacation the moment you walk in!!!!
The property is immaculate with 2 glistening swimming pools, 5 soothing jacuzzi's, 4 tennis courts (with free tennis lessons offered), 2 racquetball courts, horseshoes, shuffleboard and fishin ponds. The property has direct access to the beach and is gated with 24 hour Community Service Officers to assist after hours.
The location of the property is convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, miniature golf, bars and shopping. Located just 7 miles from the historic district it is a quick drive. The office also sells Trolley Tour Tickets and a bus will pick you up straight from the resort and take you into town so you do not have to find a place to park. The Trolley Tour features 23 stops around the city and tickets are good for up to 3 consecutive days.
The town features a lot of history and sights including: Castillo de San Marcos, The Pirate & Treasure Museum, The Colonial Quarter, The Oldest House, The Oldest School House, Ghost Tours and a lot of unique shopping and of course GREAT restaurants. On the Island you will find the Alligator Farm and The Lighthouse! The amphitheatre also has great concerts and the resort is located on a few miles from the site. South of the resort you will find Marineland, Washington Oaks and Fort Matanzas. There is plenty to keep you busy!
