This condo is located in the best area of Winnipeg. The Osborne Village area is very walkable with many shops and restaurants as well as a grocery and liquor store 2 blocks away. It is a short walk to the downtown area or the Forks where the Human Rights museum is located.

About the owner: I have been renting this unit since August and have nothing but positive feedback . I love this area of the city, and live in this building as well. This is brand new concrete and steel construction that was completed in July 2014. A modern building in an established neighbourhood.

I am the developer of this building, and have a few units left to sell, but I have a few units that I am renting out. I love to travel, and I see a need for high end rentals in this area of the city.
