Large, well appointed home. Great location, gulf views, easy beach access, built-in bar under house, lots of extras! The first floor has three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have two queens and each room has a private full bath. The third bedroom has one king bed and has a private toilet and vanity. The open area is complete with a dining table that seats 10 and the kitchen bar seats 5. There is one living area on this floor with a 55" LED TV. There are windows along this main area giving you a great view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The second floor has a living area/large game room, with added sleeping accommodations. This area is divided into two living areas, each with a queen sleeper sofa and TV. There is one hidden nook with twin bunk beds. There is one bedroom with two queens with an attached full bath, that also opens to the game room. Below the cabin is a fantastic entertaining bar that has built-in seating. It is only steps away from the beach!

Please note, hurricane Ike forever changed the footprint of Bolivar Peninsula, therefore some homes listed as beachfront may have a lot and/or street in front of it. This is the result of the uncertainty following the storm where some property owners elected to participate in the government buy out of lots that fell in what later could be considered within the vegetation line established by the State of Texas and subsequently included as part of the public beach. Not all property owners participated. Those homes where the property in front of it are part of the buyout are considered beachfront even though to the east or west of it there may be a home closer to the beach.
