Charming Cottage, Beautiful Location
This little “villa” perfect for our long weekend stay in Phoenix to visit with our son’s family. Our young grandchildren loved the pool and the tire swing and ESPECIALLY the huge pool float (inflatable peacock!)
The beautiful yard with many trees provided a secluded calm place to relax and though the cottage/villa is very close to the owner’s home we felt we had all the privacy we desired.
The modern upscale designed kitchen was well equipped for preparing all our meals, but many good restaurants are close by as well. Very many high
What a beautiful oasis in the heart downtown Phoenix! We decided against staying in the big chain hotel and opted for this quiet piece of paradise. From the moment you enter the grounds of this historical property, you are surrounded by beautiful grounds sprinkled with palm trees and a sparkling pool as the centerpiece. The cottage is everything you think it would be- beautifully renovated with dashes of charming decor thoughtfully placed throughout this villa. The owner Mary was so very sweet, hospitable, kind , extremely responsive and exceeded our expectations as our host. My brother is already looking at the calendar to book this outstanding property again! I would definitely come back- I just want to stay longer!!!!
Provided a wonderful oasis and acuring work trip and additonal days of vacation. Easily accessible (within walking distance) to downtown, lovely restaurants and yoga studios. Enjoyed the services of instacart for grocery delivery also! Definitely will recommending this to anyone coming to Phoenix.
Thank you, Dani! Come back again!
This is a great find. It is clean, tasteful, quiet, super well stocked and next to museums.
Relaxing & Charming
We had a wonderful time, Mary is a lovely host. Villa has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend!!
Thanks Kathy and Mike! We look forward to your next visit!
My sisters and I used Mary’s home as our base to reconnect and enjoy the warm weather together. We didn’t rent a car and found we were able to access a lot using the bikes Mary provided (downtown, museums, shops and restaurants). We Ubered a bit as well. We spent most of our time in the backyard enjoying the pool and eating our meals outside. It was absolutely perfect, and the villa itself is incredible.
This charming Spanish Mediterranean 1920’s fully renovated 1 bedroom 1 bath bungalow is nestled right in the heart of the Phoenix Arts District!
