2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. 12 ft ceilings and beautiful wide plank hardwood floors throughout. Full kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances. Master suite has queen bed and bathroom with granite counter and Jacuzzi tub/shower. Guest bedroom has queen bed. Guest bath has stand up shower. Washer and dryer in unit. Large front porch. Just 1 block from the St Charles Street Car Line and parade route. Walking distance to great restaurants, bars, shopping, and sights.

Lovely renovated condo in the LGD

We enjoyed our NYE visit New Orleans very much! The Prytania condo is clean, spacious, and convenient to the streetcar. James was a responsive and helpful host. I'd highly recommend it- and New Orleans, in general :)

Wonderful place in a wonderful area

Our stay was perfect. The location was in a very nice area. The rental place was amazing. I would stay here again if I'm ever in NOLA again.

Condo was in a great location near the trolley and other conveniences. It was nicely decorated and very clean. However there could be more comfortable seating in the living room for 4 people. The hot water supply seemed inadequate. We would choose to stay here again.

Charming place - wonderful location. One block from dining, shops, the trolley and visitor's center

We were thrilled with the location of this warm and welcoming home. We walked and took the trolley everywhere. The area is perfect for bike riding. There is so much to do within one mile of this lovely Garden District home. Parks, the French Quarter, Canal and Bourbon Streets, Jackson square, Harrah's Casino, the River Walk. Walking tours of the Garden District were enjoyable as was the Hop on-Hop off Trolley tour. We took the trolley to City Park and enjoyed the Art Museum as well as a lovely sculpture garden. And this was just during the day!! The night life never ends. The owners were very responsive to all questions we had prior to our trip as well as a few that we had during our stay. We will stay again.

We'll be back!

This home was perfect for us. While we didn't spend a lot of time there as we were moving my son, it had everything we needed. It was spotless, large, very attractive, comfortable and we never had a problem with parking, including plenty of room to park our Budget truck overnight and our rental car right out front. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The location was an easy walk away from great restaurants and a Walgreen's. We even had one night where my husband and I had to sleep on the pullout sofa and while, yes, it's a pullout sofa, we slept. We had only one negative, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and that's all in the apartment. However, since we didn't say anything about it, I can't count it against the landlord.

James was accessible and returned our damage deposit promptly. We felt this was a great location, great layout, and we will definitely look to rent it again when we come to NOLA. Thank you, James, for an excellent experience. Only suggestion, besides more toilet paper, would be one more chair in the living room to accommodate 4 people more comfortably.

Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting NOLA.

Fantastic location, beautiful property

We had a terrific stay in New Orleans at this property. This was a trip with my children so I did not want to stay in the French quarter, but wanted to be somewhere with easy access to everything. This place was perfect. It was a short walk to the St Charles St. Street car which took us anywhere we needed to go. The house was very clean and well stocked. Even though it was street parking, we never had an issue having a close place to park. We would definite stay here again.
