Well appointed kitchen, high end stainless appliances, spacious living room, cable television, high speed wireless internet, master bedroom with king size sleep number bed, full contemporary bath & second king bedroom and 3/4 bath. Laundry room, storage, bike shed. Back patio with private dining and mature bamboo / zen landscaping. South facing, sunny front porch with view of Madonna Mountain and south east hills.

There is parking for two vehicles, one large on street with permit and one small (midsize) off street. The owners residence is attached in back.

This quiet neighborhood is in the 'banana belt' part of town. Characteristically warmer than other locations and less wind. Quiet, residential, wide street. Great views. Close to downtown and outdoor activities.

Three blocks from Cal Poly. 0.5 miles from trolly to downtown. Ten minute bike ride to Higuera Street. Hiking, trail running, mountain biking and road cycling out the front door! 10 minutes to wine country and 20 minutes to coastal hikes, beaches and estuaries.

Why Ian Adamson chose Central Coast

Cal Poly is Leah's Alma Mater and San Luis Obispo holds a special place in her heart. Ian grew up in Sydney Australia, so the beach and outdoor lifestyle is a perfect fit - not to mention the smell of the Eucalyptus trees!

The house is in a quiet neighborhood that is no more than 10 minutes from any part of town or the outdoors. Hiking, mountain biking, restaurants, shopping and the historic mission are a few minutes away.

The Paso Robles and Edna Valley wine district start 10 minutes drive from our property. You can access Avila Beach, Montana de Oro, Morro Bay surf beaches and hikes as quickly as you can get in the door at Whole Foods!

What makes this bungalow unique

Our home is uniquely situated in the Banana Belt of San Luis Obispo, just above the (very rare) frost line, beyond the summer sea fog and sheltered from the occasionally strong afternoon breeze. We had wanted a house here for many years and finally found this perfect location.

Great Place

The property was great. Open floor plan with lots of natural light. Home architecture very modern and the kitchen was well equipped. Backyard was very nice. Recommend paying attention to the street parking because the City does ticket cars parked there without a permit!

Charming bungalow

We had a wonderful stay at the bungalow!!! The decor is beautiful and the home immaculate!!! The owners are friendly and helpful. It is so close to downtown SLO and a perfect alternative to a crowded hotel room. It was an ideal location for us to tour Cal Poly, visit Morro Bay, Montana de Oro, and Pismo. We loved the two master bedrooms with their own baths. We will definitely stay again!!!!! A true gem of a home!!!

Clean, beautiful and tranquil -- great location, too!

We really enjoyed our stay at the boutique bungalow. The space was just the right size for 4 of us (two couples). The house has every convenience and offers modern touches throughout. The outdoor space is also really nice, and the landscaping is beautiful in front and back. Because we were in town to attend Cal Poly's graduation ceremonies, we were especially happy about the location near campus (walking distance). The neighborhood is great and I just can't say enough good things about this home -- it was perfect in every way.

Lovely contemporary home in a q quiet neighborhood

Perfect for two couples. Everything is clean and well maintained. Both King beds and linens were the best. We stayed for 5 nights and had a great time.
