Very Nice!

  • 5 of 5

This is a great ski-in/ski-out condo right off the 4 O'Clock run. It truly is Ski-in/Ski out (just add a few stairs to get to the room).

It is conveniently located, and the courtesy shuttle was fantastic! It picked us up wherever we were, and took us back to the condo in a very timely manner.

The only downfall was that the unit needs a humidifier. I'm from the south, and I am used to a good amount of humidity. Sleeping in the dry heat was pretty rough for us. Other than that, we had a great trip and would certainly stay there again (I would just bring a humidifier next time).

So convenient! Well appointed! The beds could use a little tweaking...

  • 4 of 5

My family of 5 stayed at this condo the week before Christmas of 2016. The convenience is amazing! 4 O'clock run is your back yard and it takes you directly to the Snowflake lift which is always one of the least busy! There is also an elevator which is conveniently located 10 feet from your front door and the same distance from the ski in. It has a very convenient entry hall to take off and keep all your gear. The kitchen is well appointed and there is a washer dryer which was fabulous with 3 children. The shuttle service is even faster than they estimate for you (never more than 5 min). It's an easy walk downhill to town too if you need to work up an appetite. The floor plan was great with 2 full baths, the kitchen was generously sized and it was very convenient for hanging out with the family while getting a meal ready. The only thing that in my opinion would be necessary would be to add memory foam toppers to all the mattresses. We could feel the individual coils in the mattress digging in. We didn't think to be picky about the beds since we knew we'd be very tired at the end of each day. But, as it turns out, there is a limit beyond which you can't sleep well. I hate to have to say that because it was such a fabulous location, close to town yet quiet (it's older construction so we didn't hear our neighbors), the shuttle, the ski in/out.... Just 3 memory foam toppers from Costco would make it be a 5+ star.

Pretty Good

  • 4 of 5

A well-located, comfortable, and good-sized 2-bed, 2 bath second floor condo. True ski-in/ski-out (though not quite as true as the photograph may imply -- you cannot ski on/off that porch!). Nice end-of-day skier watching on four o'clock trail. Good natural light in main living/dining/kitchen area. Nice ambience from the gas fireplace. The rooms are pretty generically appointed with beige the predominant color. The living room furniture is tired but comfortable. The walk to the center of town is easy (downhill) and the shuttle can bring you back. The property management firm's communication was excellent. If you are driving , beware that the road to the property is somewhat steep and can be slippery in snow!

What separates a great rental from a good one are the little things. Here there were a few items to quibble about: the corkscrew was broken; there were no real wine glasses; a few extra basic provisions (maybe a spice or two?) other than salt and pepper would have been nice' the coffee pot did not fit the VERY outdated coffeemaker (which had no auto on/off switch -- hello fire hazard -- and a broken lid); and there were no covers for the very few bits of tupperware supplied. Addressing issues of these kind would bring the unit in line with its price.
