The condo was exactly as advertised.
The condo was clean and when we had issues finding the place David was a quick call away. It was close enough that all the attractions were a quick drive but not right in the middle of all the noise. There were no toiletries such as; washes for self or dishes, toilet paper, or trash bags. But a quick run to the store fixed that. The kids loved having the pool right outside our door. We would definitely come stay again.
Perfect spot on first floor for us. Clean to our standards which are high. Location was perfect.
We had a great time in NMB at this ideal spot away from home. Felt as though we were at our own place. Owner is very attentive. Accommodations are great. Missed the guest info that one usually finds such as things to do and places to eat as well as guest responsibilities but we found plenty on our own. Kitchen and bath supplies were a little meager but a trip to the conveniently located BI-LO fixed that.
Would definitely return for an absolutely satisfying vacation.

Great Family Vacation Spot
We stayed in this condo for 4 nights as our shortened summer vacation. The response to our rental request was quick and the owner was very quick to turnaround any questions we had about the property. The housekeeper was wonderful - so accommodating and willing to answer any questions during our stay. The pools are well kept and there is one just across the parking lot from the condo which was really nice when we didn't want to leave the neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this rental. We would come back again!

The condo was EXTREMELY CLEAN and well stocked with day to day essential items. Plenty of room, and ample sleeping options. W/D, Wi-Fi, and cable made our stay feel like our "home" away from home. Shopping was very convenient as well as the beach. (within minutes of the resort)
A GREAT COMMUNITY to reside during a vacation with family and friends.
There were some extremely large black and yellow spiders outside, but those didn't bother this arachnophobic family!

A very nice experience
The property was very clean and comfortable. The staff is very personable and quite helpful. My family enjoyed the experience and is ready to go back next year.
