Phoenix West II 1205 is a gorgeous 3 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom Gulf-front unit in the newest development along the Alabama Gulf Coast.

The master suite features a King bed and private bath, including a Jacuzzi tub and a large walk-in shower with dual shower heads.

The second bedroom features a King bed with a private bath.

The third bedroom features two Queen size beds and also has a private bath. All bedrooms have a 43 inch plasma TV and DVD player.

This unit is located on the 12th floor and is approx. 1958 sq. ft.

Property has wireless internet access, large flat screen TV in the living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters and a wet bar with ice-maker. There is a full size washer and dryer off the 4th bathroom which also a walk-in shower.

Phoenix West II condo offers spectacular Gulf-front views and fabulous amenities. Feel free to relax in the shimmering waters of the gulf front lazy river while the little ones enjoy the twisty water slide or splash pad. Sweat out stress in the fully-loaded exercise room, complete with a sauna, and afterward cool down in the spacious indoor pool. Amenities also include covered parking, heated outdoor pool, outdoor kiddie pool and tennis courts.

Phoenix West II has a covered parking garage and will allow guest to purchase up to two parking passes per unit upon arrival in the Lobby.

Nice condo, but terrible property manager

First, let me say that this is a very nice condo aside from a few minor issues. A couple of the comforters were stained and not something that you would want to actually sleep under. Aside from this, the condo was well furnished. The complex is beautiful with lots of great amenities that we really enjoyed.

However, we had several issues that added stress to what was supposed to be a relaxing trip to the beach. First, the listing for this unit does not mention that you will have to pay a parking fee to park at this complex. For our stay, it was an additional $30 per car for a total of $60. I even called VRBO in advance to check to make sure parking was included in the rental fee and they assured me that it was. The property manager would not do anything about this discrepancy!

Secondly, the property management company called me at 2:52 PM, eight minutes prior to check-in, to tell me that the property had flooded and that there were blowers and de-humidifiers running in the unit and that they would need to continue to run until the next day when they would come by to check the humidity level. When I asked if they could move us to another unit, they said no. When we arrived, there were five large blowers and two huge de-humidifiers located in the hall, the laundry room/bathroom, the back bedroom, and the back bathroom. The carpet was pulled up with a blower shoved underneath in the bedroom. There were baseboards leaning against the wall of the bedroom. The blowers and de-humidifiers made the back bedroom and bathroom extremely hot, even with the A/C running. My father-in-law even tripped over one of the cords and cut his arm trying to catch himself.

When I called The property manager again to ask if there was anything that they could do about the situation, they said that the only thing that they would do was to refund us our rental fee (which would not actually get refunded to us until the following week) and we could try to find a rental somewhere else. At this point, we did not want to try calling around to find another unit, especially when we would not have our money back to use toward another rental. It was a bad situation all around and was handled very poorly by the property manager. We will never rent another unit managed by This property manager.

I would like to start by saying we are happy to hear you thought the condo was nice and that you enjoyed the amenities the complex had to offer. As far as the parking passes are concerned, all Phoenix properties like to handle the parking passes themselves. We unfortunately have no control over how much they charge for them but we do make our guests aware that they will have to purchase passes. The listing for this unit actually does say "Phoenix West II has a covered parking garage and will allow guest to purchase up to two parking passes per unit upon arrival in the Lobby." We do apologize that maybe this was over looked. The property it self did not flood. There was a leak from a unit above that came through to this unit. We try to notify our guests the moment a situation occurs that could effect their stay. Unfortunately, we could not move you to a different unit because we were completely booked during your stay and did not have a unit to move you to. Spring Break is one of the busiest times at the beach, so we did not have anything else open at Phoenix West II.We hate that you had to deal with this situation during your stay. When situations arise like this, we try our best to take care of it as soon as possible. The day after your arrival, we tried to reach out to you and follow up, but we had to leave a message to make sure the blowers had been taken out of your condo. We did offer to refund your rental fee if you could find an available place to stay, to avoid any stress during your stay at the beach. When you were given the option to cancel your reservation, it could take 7 to 10 business days for charges to be put back on to a credit card, because it depends on your bank and unfortunately, we can not control that. We are very sorry that this was a bad situation for you all the way around. Thank you, Guest Services Team at Liquid Life Vacation Rentals.

Amazing!!

We came for fall break and this condo did not disappoint! Absolutely amazing. There were 5 of us and we were never cramped. The beach was beautiful. The only downside was the extremely poor cell phone reception in the condo. We use ATT, so very used to having a signal anywhere we go. We had to go out on the balcony and even then we were lucky to get a decent signal.

Gorgeous, roomy and spotless!

This is a beautiful condo with a gorgeous view of the ocean and was completely spotless! You cannot get a better vacation home on the beach for the price! Every bedroom had a bathroom, the decor was gorgeous and the complex is absolutely beautiful:)

Beautiful Condo!!

From the moment we walked into the condo, we fell in love with it! It is a beautiful place that was perfect for all 10 of us to stay! I would recommend this to anyone looking to get away. The view to the ocean was breathtaking! I would stay here again!
